“Look at yours,” Felix gestures to the mirror with his chin. “Tell me what you think.”
Chan turns back to the mirror then, rising up to head over to it on his knees. When he gets to the mirror, he sits back on his haunches on the plush area rug he has there, turning his head this way and that to get a good, three-sixty look at the two French braids Felix wove into his silver strands.
Chan was worried that the layers of his hair cut would result in little icy, curled spikes poking out of each braid, but Felix has managed to keep all of his strands tamed well into the plaits, all of it smooth and secured, some with little pins in the plaits. He doesn’t look as pretty as Felix does, but a part of him feels like he does look…adorable? He’s not sure what word to use.
He likes it, though. He knows that much.
