Summary
After months together, Alastor's heat has come and Lucifer couldn't be more excited for this next step in their relationship. While he is honored to be invited into his Omega's nest, Alastor has become even more agitated and secretive in the final days of his pre-heat.
Alastor has made allusions to some mysterious thing that helped him get through his previous heats alone, but every time Lucifer digs for more information he's met with grumbling static and no answers.
As an Alpha, Lucifer is more than happy to provide whatever his Omega needs to have a successful heat, but he can only do that if Alastor would just tell him what it is.

Summary
This petty competitiveness between them is going to be the end of him, Al is quite certain about it by now. The thing is that he is simply not able to yield when he very much should, especially when Lucifer so brazenly challenges him with that unique for him taunt which always riles him up beyond the capacities of his rational mind.
Or Alastor learns the hard way that eavesdropping never pays off (aka you might not like what you’ll hear), especially when it gives Lucifer, the king of theatrics, such very indecent ideas.
This fic was written for the RadioApple/AppleRadio Trick or Treat event primarily for the Devil worship/sacrifice prompt but there is a little element of eldritch magic here because I just couldn’t resist 🤣 Starts as a trick which soon turns into a treat 😏
