Summary
Without his knowledge, Ran followed Shinichi who saw Vodka’s extortion exchange. Found out by Gin, both of them were poisoned. Rather than having her body shrunk like Shinichi's did, Ran fell gravely ill instead.
Then, a year later, despite having his body back, Ran’s condition suddenly got worse. After the inevitable happened, riddled with guilt, Kudo Shinichi passed away by suicide.
So, why is it that two years later, Furuya Rei and the others are introduced to the newest, apparently youngest codename member of their Organization. A boy in disguise. Kudo Shinichi. Greeting him with a smile.

Summary
Peter had been exposed for who he truly was, his identity and backstory broadcasted to the world. They’d turned on him, called him a villain, a killer, a monster even after all the good he had done.
Exposed as Hydra to be more specific, Peter didn’t know how or by who, but it was discovered that Peter was born and raised by Hydra. Raised to be a killing machine, and despite saving the world from Thanos he was considered Public Enemy #1.
He was tired of saving the world, tired of constantly pushing himself to prove to himself that he was good. He was so fucking tired. So he decided to leave, what good would come from staying anyway?
And he does, Peter leaves and finds another universe, one where he can put his superhero life behind him. One where he can just be, and maybe find friendship and even love along the way.
