    Taking over Wall Market isn’t even that hard in the end, and somehow it leaves Aerith feeling vaguely disappointed.

    Not that she really wanted a struggle and a mess to clean, but honestly, killing a local Don and stealing his criminal empire always sounded more exciting in the novels she read as a child.

    Or, a time-travelling Aerith decides to take control of Wall Market, and sets herself as a rich widow in the meanwhile. Tseng is not going to be happy, but that's not exactly her problem. Also, would Cloud be interested in a kept husband position?

    Nobody talked about the time Strife fell into the President’s meeting room from the vents. Mid meeting. Shinra, Scarlet, Heidegger, Palmer, and Reeve had all stared with dumbstruck expressions as the cadet stood up, his hair slightly more askew than usual, and said in a dead serious tone:

    “I was looking for spiders.”

    “You were looking for… spiders,” Reeve had repeated, sizing up the self-proclaimed fourteen-year-old (he looked like he was twelve) with a look of comical bafflement.

    Strife nodded, his back straight and a picture of proper decorum. “Sephiroth asked me to. Sir.”

    Nope, nope, nope. Isekai isn't supposed to exist! Yet, here I was, stuck in the middle of an impossible situation as one of the worst characters in Final Fantasy VII: Scarlet.

    I found myself several years before the beginning of the franchise where the War on Wutai is just a "tension" and the SOLDIER program was still in the early Project 0 phases. I need to find a way home fast... but if I'm stuck here in the meantime, maybe I could clean up some of the mess Scarlet and Shinra started before the start of the story?

    What could go wrong?
