He chokes, and then gags, and Kacchan's gasp is sharp. His hips press firmer against Izuku's lips, and Izuku almost gets himself under control before Kacchan has pulled back.

Summary
Hero works takes it's toll on Izuku, and like most things are when it comes to him, it's an emotional one. He finds a way to stay numb to the pain in the form of one night stands but his plans hit a road block one night when he ends up running into the last person he wanted to - Kacchan.
Despite his initial panic at seeing his childhood friend, and the man he's secretly harbored feelings for for most of his life, Izuku realizes that Kacchan might just be the perfect solution for what he's looking for.
But sleeping with Kacchan turns out to be nothing like Izuku ever imagined it would be.
