Clayton rolled over, trying to drag the covers with him, still half-asleep. “Don’t care.”
“Don’t you remember what Easter means, darlin’?” Matthew’s hand slid down his back, finding the hem of his undershirt. One broad hand, palm hot against his skin, slid under it, up along his belly. He pressed a kiss to the side of Clayton’s neck. “It means that Lent is over.”
Oh. Oh.
Clayton rolled over, blinking awake, smearing a hand over his eyes. “We can have sex again?”

Matthew abstains from sex for Lent. But on Easter Sunday, he has some payback to give - so he makes Clayton wait, and wait, and wait.
