In a society where quirks aren't the norm, people with quirks are basically bowed down upon. It could be an insignificant telekinesis quirk, or a quirk that makes your nose turn red, and everyone would grovel at your feet.
So to society, Izuku Midoriya is basically a god, what with his twenty-seven-foot long evergreen hair that has healing properties and its only downside is that it cannot be cut or it will lose its power, drying out and turning into a dull yellowish green.
So no one dares to cut it, and at seven years old, ranging from newborn premature babies to oldest people with rheumatism goes to him for healing, and like the angel that he is, he never, ever accepts any form of payment.
At nine years old, Izuku gets kidnapped one night from his room.

Receiving commissions wasn't an unusual thing for him, but one sure did capture his attention.
