Picks up a few months after Arthur and Merlin are officially dating, Merlin out of his first and into his second trimester, and life is just moving along for Arthur, Merlin and little Bean.

I kept hearing about the #notmysteve or #notmysteverogers, but all I kept thinking is #notmypeggycarter, because seriously... Peggy... Come on, our girl is a little smarter and stronger than one Steven Grant Rogers. In short, I'm not 100% shocked by what happened in the final scene, but I'm also not happy about it either. So, this is my little fix-it with a dash of humor... I think there's humor, because even with all the fix-its out there to date, I still get a bit weepy reading them, and I'm tired of being weepy.

It shatters, foam splashing his shoes, glass skittering away. His knees give out like someone kicked him, and his hands shoot forward to hold himself upright.
His left palm lands in broken glass, though he doesn't feel it. What he notices is the certainty that everyone sees, that they can smell him—something sour and wrong. His scent, despite patches and care, has turned exposed.
OR: What if we took the club scene from episode 4 and had Shane collapse from experiencing Omega Rejection Syndrome after seeing Ilya dancing with someone else?

Summary
When Simon comes by on a random Tuesday night, heartbroken because of someone new, Wille doesn’t have enough self-preservation to turn him away. It’s like stepping right into a burning fire to allow Simon back into his life, four whole years after Simon walked out of it without a warning.
Especially because Wille, for some damn reason, still hasn’t managed to move on.

Of course, he absolutely does not need help from the ex-Crown Prince who happens to have the plot next to hers. Even if he does seem to know what he’s doing. And even if he does look exceptionally good whilst doing it.
