After moving to a new town, Simon hopes to make some friends through his summer job before school starts. To his dismay, there's only one other guy there and he doesn't seem very interested in making Simon's acquaintance. Not at first that is. Once he does come out of his shell, Wille seems intent on making the summer fun for Simon by increasingly unhinged means. Since Simon is a lost cause basically from the moment he's met by the twinkle in Wille's eyes and his irresistibly cute smile, he really has no choice but to play along and hope he won't get into too much trouble.
