Summary
FBI Agent Grace Ashcroft is called to Raccoon City to help with a string of mysterious deaths that may or may not be a result of the Umbrella Corporation being shady with their business practices again. When she arrives at the RCPD she comes face to face with a man she didn't think she'd ever get to see again. Meanwhile, Leon Kennedy has finally found the girl who hasn't left his mind in almost a decade. They're working the mysterious deaths case together. Then she drops a bomb on him: her nine-year-old daughter is his too, and now they have to navigate the world of parenthood together as well.

Summary

Ava Starr is bound and determined to help the 106-year-old man living in her apartment building, not realizing that he is Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier!
Or: A reclusive, weary Bucky has retreated back to his Brooklyn apartment after the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, unaware that his life is about to change thanks to his beautiful downstairs neighbor.
Snippet:
Ava moved up the next step and promptly stopped. Wait. Someone who was one-hundred-and-six-freaking-years-old lived in the same building? All by himself? Her heart dropped to the pit of her stomach. This place was a shithole. She took the stairs because the elevator barely worked and when it did, it smelled strongly of feet. How did the poor old thing even get his mail? There was some senior citizen living all alone, wasting away somewhere in the same building (he had to be wasting away, right? He was over a century old!) as her. This poor man had to be on his last leg. If he could even walk at all, that is. And a recluse at that, shutting himself away. It was simply too tragic to contemplate.
Finally, Ava found someone she wanted to help.

Love this series. Great showing of Bucky x Ava slowly progressing towards a relationship with one another. 10/10 would recommend.
