“Kid,” Jason interrupted. “Enough statistics. What the hell is this about?”
Robin slowly lowered the tablet with his powerpoint presentation and looked up at Red Hood.
“You care about Gotham,” Robin summarised. “Gotham needs Batman. Batman is missing and so is Nightwing. We need you to fill in for Batman.”
“You want me to cover Batman’s patrols?” Jason clarified.
“No,” Robin said. “I want you to be Batman.”
Jason bluescreened.
(Or: Batman and Nightwing mysteriously disappear before Red Hood has even started antagonising them, Robin is desperate, Gotham needs Batman, and Red Hood is Batman-Shaped.)

If anyone asked the Batfamily which Robin had the funniest ’joining the family’ story? Well, everyone would start with, “Well it seemed like Jason had the spot taken for good after having the audacity to try and jack the Batmobile’s tires and hit Bruce with his tire iron.” And then they’d say, “But then tiny Tim decided to try and steal the whole thing.”
Or: When Tim is 11 he figures it’s not hurting anyone if he. Ya know. Takes a picture in the Batmobile. But then the power goes to his head and all of a sudden he’s hacking the Batmobile and tearing through Gotham on a rescue mission.

Summary
Romance and remodeling collide when Castiel, suddenly finding himself single and jobless, accepts a business proposition from his untrustworthy colleague, Crowley.
He finds himself the new owner of Bellbird Valley Farm, an entirely decrepit husk of a building that he has big plans for: Castiel is going to open his own self-sustaining eco-inn.
There are only a few problems… like the feral pig living on the property, the nosy locals, his total lack of DIY skills, and Dean Winchester—the prickly, sarcastic local handyman that Castiel accidentally assaulted with a dildo the moment he got off the train.

“Do you want to have sex?” Castiel asks Dean Winchester as soon as the other boy gets out of the classroom.
Dean startles and looks around, like he’s wondering who Cas is talking to. When there is no one, his eyebrows jump up his forehead. He tapes a hand on his chest to ask for confirmation, and Castiel nods, clutching his history book to his chest.
“Do I want to have sex with you?”
Cas nods again, gulping and starting to second-guess his idea.
Dean gapes for a long moment, taken aback. Who could blame him when the weird kid that sits behind him in History class, and whom he’s shared maybe two words with in the entirety of his existence asks him something like this out of the blue?
