Summary
Oboro was known for bringing home strays, Hizashi had had to put his foot down after he brought home a fifth cat because he knew that Shouta was never going to say no unless he did. As logical as he wanted to be, all he would do was make sure they could take care of all the cats without stopping Oboro.
So they got Rule #1: No more pets, Oboro and/or Shouta aren't allowed to bring more cats home.
Staring at the little kid in Oboro's arms, he thinks that maybe he should have been more specific about strays.
