Unfortunately, that means he must reunite with his father, a very recently and involuntarily ex-Imperial who still has a very Imperial way of thinking. Zeb accompanies him, but for his own protection, as Alexsandr's bodyguard, and not his husband.

Summary
In an alternate universe where Zeb left the Ghost crew prior to meeting Ezra, the crew’s newest member, Kallus, is sent across the galaxy to find Spectre 4 and do whatever it takes to convince him to re-join the Rebellion.
Meanwhile, Zeb is waiting with bated breath for his ordered date for the night to arrive at their designated meeting spot. When a dashing, good-looking human shows up looking for him, Zeb thinks he’s hit the jackpot. Kallus is equally taken by the Lasat who seems really friendly and happy to see him. (But also handsy.)
How far will Kallus go to complete his mission?
