Summary
Soulmate AU.
Sir Roman, Right Hand of the noble King Thomas is sent to deal with a rogue Warlock terrorising the locals, hopefully by diplomacy but he is granted leave to do whatever it takes to protect the innocents living in the villages.
He fails.
Dragged before the victorious Warlock, he expects to be killed. Instead, he meets his main adviser Logan, his prisoner Patton and his servant boy Virgil - the latter catching his eye the most.
But things are not what they seem.

“I mean… yeah, let’s go with that in case this ends up on the news,” Siren shrugged, looking back at Tommy. “I kidnapped you, right?”
“Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).

The words hit the back of Buck’s neck and slid down his spine with the drops of the cold sweat collecting in the small of his back. The weight on Buck’s chest was an echo of what it used to be but still as suffocating as before when those words whirled around on repeat every time someone looked too long, looked too closely.
“He’s fine,” Hen had said to Bobby that day he’d come in sporting a bruise on his face and lying through his teeth about some bullshit with a bicycle.
