The first time he meets Bachira outside their assigned dormitory for some after-hours training, Isagi views it as a mutually-beneficial arrangement, ready to make the most of it by learning a thing or two from this exceptionally talented, yet undeniably odd dribbler—while friendly and perhaps a little too touchy-feely, Bachira Meguru doesn’t fail to give Isagi the chills. There’s nothing more to it, really; they’re supposed to head in, practice shooting and passing, and then leave. No pointless talking or getting to know each other on a deeper level.
That was the initial idea.
Turns out that Bachira is quite the chatterbox. He also proves to be exceptionally hard to, well, not like.
Bachira Meguru falls hard, but Isagi Yoichi falls harder.

waaaaa i saw this on twt originally and i have a hard time finding m2m fics i actually like but this is so wonderful !! the way op characterizes matt is something you struggle to find in fics and even though we only have one chapter , im absolutely hooked !! (￣ω￣@) the dynamic and relationship between the two obviously goes so much deeper than what we can see from the present and i cant wait to see how their relationship and thoughts of each other grow !! please continue writing this year op !!
