Intrigued by the request from the woman she had not seen since they last parted ways in such dramatic circumstances, Arlecchino does not expect what awaits her in Furina's apartment. It seems that Fontaine's former star has been hiding a lot from the world.
(Newly mortal Furina discovers she's an omega, and Arlecchino comes across her during her first heat. A rather interesting encounter develops from there.)

Lux straightened her spine. She could still hear that calming frog-song, and she used it to ground herself. "I don't know your face," Lux told the criminal, "but I was warned about you.
