Rapunzel and Eugene are choosing their outfits for a ball that the King and Queen of Corona are hosting. Varian and His father are invited to the ball, as well as the rest of Old Corona!
A rumor is spread about thieves, Varian and Eugene volunteer to take on the task to try and catch them, with Quirin's permission, of course.
Writing this because I needed more team awesome in the tangled series!!

Summary
SEQUEL TO "ALCHEMIST OUT OF CORONA."
After joining the gang in season 2, Varian returns to Corona. The recent events in the Dark Kingdom have left him exhausted, physically and mentally. But more challenges await our favorite alchemist... Will he discover why he has a strange connection to the Moon Stone? Can he manage to get through to Cass, or will his efforts only attract unwanted attention from an ancient evil that seems to have been pulling the strings all along?
Similar to the first book, this one basically reads as a novelization of the third season, while adding my own changes and including Varian in every episode.

Summary
It had been two years since the defeat of the ancient evil warlock Zhan Tiri. The people of Corona were thriving. Everything was going great for Varian with his position as Royal Engineer. Things start taking a turn for the better when Rapunzel announces that the first ever Interkingdom Science Exposition will take place in Corona where all the brightest minds in the Seven Kingdoms will come to showcase their intellect and skills.
Varian thought this would be his chance to show everyone just how capable he was and that he deserved to be Royal Engineer even after his…mistakes. But, Varian has his word cut out for him when an engineer from Ingvarr gives him a real challenge in the competition and outside of it. Will Varian push aside the bickering with this obnoxious newcomer in order to stop the oncoming threat that comes his way?
