Most people adore Steve Harrington, king of Hawkins High. However most people, according to Y/N, are stupid for ever falling for this act.
Very few people have had chance to get close to Y/N since she moved into town and not that many actually want to get to know her better either - weird, mean, rude, and that's Steve Harrington being nice about her.
But something strange is about to happen in Hawkins that will force the pair together, and if they hope to survive, they'd better put their differences aside.
From unlikely circumstances, friendship will bloom, and what was once thought to be hatred may well get flipped upside-down.

"C'mon Henderson, we'll both be fine. We just need you to open the door to the gate, and then we'll go get Will and be back in record time. No need for all of us to go in there." I sighed, looking at the Chief and the worried mother. I looked over to the scientists on either side of them, before nodding.
Opening the sealed door with the code, the reinforced steel door swung open. I glanced to the room beside us, the man inside nodding towards me, and I let out a breath I hadn't realized I was holding. I ran inside the room, slamming the door in the faces of the others before picking up a chair and blocking the doors, frantic yelling on the other side.
"I'll see you in hell, chief."
