Summary
The radio static rang out through the silence.
Mike took a deep breath, running his hands over his knees before he spoke into the device. “Hey Will, it’s Mike.” His finger came off the button, letting the static fill the air again. “I know this is stupid and stuff because you’re dead. But I think this is also therapeutic for me, at least."
Or: Will Byers has been missing since November 6th 1983. Since then, his friends have fought monsters, bullies and government agencies. Will had been assumed dead for years, but when Hawkins faces a new threat they might just be brought back together.

Summary
“Atsumu,” he murmurs and his face isn’t cold or bored or annoyed – his lips are slightly parted, the brows knit together and his eyes– he looks at Atsumu like he’s hungry, starving even, for him.
“Omi,” Atsumu sighs and grinds down, burning heat coiling low in his core.
Atsumu jerks awake, panting. He blinks, blearily, into the cool darkness of his room. He’s sweating, the faded Inarizaki shirt he’s been too sentimental to throw away for years sticking to his back, sweat pooling at his temples, in his hair.
He runs a distraught hand over his face. “Fuckin’ shit.” he breathes into the dark.
Or
Atsumu and Kiyoomi, on how not to be fuckbuddies.

Summary
“You won’t forget about me when you make all these shiny new college friends, right?”
He played it off as a casual question, but Kenma sensed the underlying seriousness in the almost delicate way he asked—vulnerability seeping through his voice despite the attempted nonchalant delivery.
“I couldn’t even if I tried,” he admitted as his head lay on Kuroo’s chest, the older man rubbing his back like a cat. It was intimate moments like this that made Kenma question everything, having to remind himself that they were just friends.
Kenma has depended on Kuroo all his life—to feel comfortable, to make friends, to be understood. Until he realizes that he’s gay, and that he has to go on this journey of self-discovery himself, lest his secret feelings for his straight best friend make things even harder.
So he ventures out to college on his own in an attempt to understand himself and his sexuality, and to prove to himself that he didn’t need Kuroo by his side to do it (also to tamp down his feelings for the guy, but that proves to be much more difficult).
It makes him feel freer than he thought, and it makes Kuroo feel a little sidelined. Realizations ensue.

Summary
“Akaashi, what the actual fuck is happening?!”
“I don’t—” And then Oikawa’s bedroom door is being thrown open.
Iwaizumi Hajime glares at him from the now-open doorway, unabashed at Oikawa in his pajamas. “Why the hell aren’t you dressed? You have any idea what fucking time it is? Who’re you on the phone with?”
“Uh—”
“Shit,” Oikawa says in Akaashi’s voice.
—
When Akaashi and Oikawa wake up in each other’s body, they’re faced with the mystery of how to switch back.
