The cat hums in place of a reply, grabbing a glass and rag to wipe it with to keep his hands busy. “Lust not the top option?” He offers, watching as Angel smirks in reply and pops the cherry in his mouth. He pulls out the stem moments later, tied in a perfect knot, and drops it into the empty glass.
“Wanna know a secret, Whiskers?”
Husk meets his eyes for a moment, and the spider’s smile is hard to decipher. “I died a virgin.”

Husk and Angel didn’t like each other at all. The constant arguing, the throwing things, the fighting, the dirty looks across the room. Angel just wouldn’t let up on bothering the bartender. Husk wouldn’t stop taking the bait from the porn star.
No one knows why they were making out behind the bar …
The first time it happened they were both just a little (lot of) drunk and daring each other back and forth to do it.
“ I bet a pack of cigarettes you won’t do it.” Angel sneers.
“ I’ll do it for less, Angel. You think I’m scared?” Husk smirks.
Husk and Angel start their "no attachment" relationship after a kiss at the bar. It'll be so easy to walk away, to forget this ever happened, to call this off. Until (of course) both of them start catching feelings after a huge (mutual) breach of contract on the couch. But really, they were catching feelings from the start.
