Summary
“I could just kill you now Izuku. But that would be far too unceremonious of an end. You no longer have One for All, there is really nothing more for you to do now other than accept your defeat.”
He stopped struggling. As much as Izuku wanted to prove All for One wrong. He was right about one thing. There was nothing more he could do. He was quirkless again. He looked up at All for One still tightly held in his grip. “Please, just kill me.”
“That would be too easy. I’m sure All Might would just love to see his successor in my employ. And I must admit you do intrigue me. A holder of One for All, fallen from grace of their own accord. Even without my intervention you had somehow found yourself here at my mercy. I do wonder what, if your seed of villainy is cultivated, a monster you might grow into.”
TLDR: Izuku gets caught up in the Tartarus prison break after discovering the commission is corrupt. All for One takes this as a perfect opportunity to make him suffer. Follow Izuku's moral decline, as his time in the PLF slowly drives him insane.
Note: A decent portion of this fic is prewritten, and some of it is quite old, so the earlier chapters may be poorer quality.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya is no stranger to being ridiculed. Being laughed at by his classmates never quite hurt as much as when it was Katsuki Bakugo. His former friend. They had known each other since they were little. Izuku had always looked up to Katsuki, but Katsuki looked down on him for being Quirkless. One day, Katsuki took the bullying too far.
To sum it up: Deku actually tries to commit suicide after the incident with Bakugo.

Summary
Izuku is Quirkless. Officially. Unofficially, he can talk to ghosts. After a (short) lifetime of working for the HPSC, he's learned a couple things. One, the HPSC kinda sucks. Two, helping people feel better is not something he can stop doing. And three, he wants to be a real hero.
After a mission with Eraserhead and a run-in with a sludge monster, what could the Commission actually do if he decided to be a hero? The answer: probably nothing. So that's what Izuku is going to do: be a hero.
Little does he know, being a hero comes in a lot of different forms. -

“So this is the evidence I’ve been waiting all week for?” The Hero’s hand grazed the alarmingly thin file.
“This one’s extremely careful with sightings. We had to make an entire bank robbery set-up just to get a picture of the guy.”
“So I can assume you want him in custody as soon as possible, right?”
“So far, he’s had no real criminal offenses other than vigilantism, battery, and suspected hacking- again no proof. It’s difficult especially considering we have no idea what his quirk is.” At the last sentence, the Hero’s head shoots up from the papers.
“What do you mean you have no idea what his quirk is?”

Midoriya Izuku never asked for this.
No one ever asks for anything these days.
Whether or not they expect something they want to be handed to them, or if it’s something that they never wanted at all.
In Midoriya’s case however, he never was handed anything he ever wanted.
Izuku should have been a villain. Some already see him as such, and yet he found himself in this odd in-between, scraping his bloodied hands towards something lighter, grasping and clawing at any spark of redemption he thought he could have. It wasn’t much, but he was trying.
