Summary
Christmas is charity season for Bruce Wayne and between being a single dad and fighting crime there isn't much time for enjoying the holidays. Sponsors have to be found and money collected to help those in need. Not to speak of the Christmas Charity Gala held at the manor, where one lucky attendee may win a date with the infamous billionaire.
But then Bruce meets Superman at one of the events, and his plans have to change.

She was a genius. An evil genius, Clark had to admit, but a genius still. Maybe he should let her fight against Luthor next time the billionaire came up with another plan for making his life miserable, he wouldn't stand a chance.
He really did need a vacation, but couldn't Lois have chosen any other place?

Arthur never spoke about his father. In the whole four years he had known him this was the first time. “He didn’t like what I had to say and I didn’t like what he was doing, so I left and Lance followed.” Arthur shrugged his shoulders once more letting out a deep breath. “End of story.”
“I still think the prince has been captured by mole people,” Merlin replied after a couple of seconds had passed to break through the tense atmosphere, loving the short sharp bark of a laugh that erupted out of Arthur. That was one of his personal favourites, along with the small huff that a smirk would follow that showed off his crooked teeth. Yeah, Merlin was really that gone for his friend.

A literal domesticated feline animal that one could get from the pet store and not just a person with some cat-like personality traits. There’s no other explanation as to why his familiar acts like every single asshole cat meme to ever exist.
On the off chance his soulmate is a real human being, well… He would never tell his mother this, she raised him too well, but sometimes Clark wishes his soulmate’s familiar was making him feel just as miserable.

Bruce peels his eyes away from the monitors to look down at the menace on his lap and barely contains a look of disgust. Big blue eyes stare up at him as he rests his chin on Bruce’s thigh, and as their eyes meet, the pathetic, whimpering little whines are replaced by excited huffs, the clickity clack of dancing paws on concrete, and the rhythmic thumping of his tail hitting the leg of the table.
