"Where, Lord?" The Dane's eyes narrow ever so slightly. A wave of vertigo rolls over Alfred’s person at the sight, the room spinning as a sweat breaks over his skin. I need him. His cross burns now, singeing his skin with a brand of God's divinity. He's crossed a line now, but there is still time if he wishes to put an end to this folly.
"Everywhere," he says, and his cross alights, incinerating his throat as Uhtred advances.

General Hakuro decides that The Fullmetal Alchemist has to fall in line, or be discharged, and as the boy's CO it's down to Roy to get him to comply, through a series of lessons on what makes a good soldier.
Surprisingly, Ed excels at almost every aspect of his new lessons, except the sign language, which he just can't seem to get his head around. Why is he struggling so much? And why does his fumbling attempts at sign always end up with Ed accidentally flirting with Roy?
