Pomni has come up with a plan to force Jax to show emotion. They’ve seen how, even after the fight, he seems to care about Pomni, and use that to their advantage. Along with everyone else, she fakes her own abstraction and studies how Jax reacts.
What she didn’t expect, though, was for the rabbit to end up in her room, crying..-*-.
“Ragatha let out a strangled cry, covering her face with her plush hands as tears rolled down her face. “It’s Pomni-“ She said, her voice wavering before being cut off by another sob. Her curls were disheveled, something she wouldn’t let happen unless something bad happened.
