“Donna,” he loudly whispers. He hears more shuffling and sees the shadow of her feet standing on the other side of the door. He can hear her heavy breathing. “Donna…it’s me. Please open the door.”
She cracks it open. “Joshua Lyman.” And he knows she’s mad but no matter how she says his full name, it never fails to make his heart skip a beat while his hands become sweaty and his mouth becomes dry. “It is the middle of the night! What the hell are you doing and why are you dressed for the day?”
“Christmas is our thing, Donna. We haven’t spent it apart since we met. Please let me in.” He informs her, looking down at his fidgeting feet, losing some of the confidence he mustered up.
*******Josh goes through every Christmas proving to Donna that they are indeed inseparable on the holiday. Set Season 6.
