    Summary

    What started as a 10-20 chapter outline has become over 200 chapters worth of content, and no one is surprised, haha!

    This series starts out with the Asset escaping HYDRA's clutches in 2012 during the Chitauri attack on New York, includes his murder revenge tour against HYDRA across the country, his eventual capture and rehabilitation by the Avengers, and many adventures in therapy and recovery beyond that. Plus, Winterhawk (that's Clint/Bucky) slow burn that lasts hundreds of chapters as they circle each other and fall in love. Observe as villains die brutally on the page and civilians and bystanders occasionally become close friends of the cast and cast members themselves.

    There's some HYDRA Trash Party tropes in here that can get pretty dark, but everything should be tagged appropriately per chapter in the end notes. And since it's a revenge tour + recovery journey, most of the HYDRA Trash Party stuff is either referenced only or is firmly in the past. We're moving forward (slowly) not backward, here. ^_^

    And Steve, a YouTuber with a cooking channel, just trying to get by with his myriad of health problems and the constant assault from his asshole soulmate, had just got hired by Pepper Potts to be the new live-in chef at Avenger's tower.

     Lip curling, Steve met his pale eyes, hating that he’d ever found them attractive. “You don’t know shit about me, dick head. So why don’t you go fuck yourself with that enormous shitbag personality of yours?”

     The asshole just huffed, flexing his arm, clearly trying to intimidate. “Your work ethic says plenty, but hey, I’m not the one paying you, though don’t think I won’t be sharing what a fucking great fella you are—sleeping on the job and backtalking to the people you’re supposed to be working for.”

    Steve had thought that the hardest part of dating an Avenger would be dealing with dangerous missions, and they certainly weren't easy. Steve had to manage their shared life while factoring in his many health issues and neuroses and also his boyfriend's hazardous job and his PTSD as a result of being the Winter Soldier.
    However, none of that was as hard as actually going to the Avengers Tower for their annual Christmas party and meeting Bucky's teammates. What will they think of Steve, skinny and sickly? And more importantly, what will Steve think of the famous heroes of the world?

    A story of meeting the found family, Christmas miracles and learning that looks can be deceiving.
