The Driver hefted a set of black, leather gloves from atop his legs. His fingers were long and tanned. Astarion couldn’t help but watch as he donned them, giving the tight fabric a flex until the leather stretched over his knuckles. Then he tilted his head to the left, touching an ear to each of his shoulders, before pushing out his chest. His fitted suit strained against the motion, and Astarion heard a few joints pop.
“Do you happen to have your seatbelt on, sir?” the driver asked.
Astarion’s mouth, for some reason, watered.

Summary
The rain came down in sheets and Gale had to blink rapidly to keep the water from his eyes. A steady thrum of pleasure throughout his body from the robes had him biting his lip to stay quiet. The camp had emptied at this point, everyone snug in their tents and safe from the torrential downpour.
Thunder rumbled around them and Gale shuddered.
“It’s not just the robes, is it?”-

Summary
All in all, Gale is happy and trying to be a decent man. His divorce has left a fair few invisible scars but they're mostly healed over and he's moving on. Which is why he tries to help where he can, giving the benefit of the doubt even to those who have been rude to him for no reason. After all, nobody sets out to be a deliberate prick, usually there has to be some underlying cause.
