In this universe, though…the story is…changed slightly. A little different.
Of course, Thanos still murders his daughter to retrieve the Soul Stone. Peter Quill, grief-stricken, cannot help but lose control the same way his alternate counterpart does.
The snap of two fingers still happens the same way.
But Peter Quill is one of the few left alive in this universe, joining Nebula and Tony Stark on the drifting Benatar.

“You’re fucking hurt and you still tried to help me.” Lo’ak finally met his brother’s eyes. “You shouldn’t have done that.”
Neteyam’s face softened, and he reached out to grip both of his shoulders. “That was my decision. Just like everything else was my decision. You don’t get to carry that.”
But in fact Lo’ak was carrying it. He felt the weight of it with every breath. The guilt that had been building since the ship, since the bullet, since the moment he’d pulled Neteyam from the water and felt his brother’s blood warm between his fingers.
OR
Neteyam survives the shot, but Jake still looks at his other son as if it’s his fault. Lo’ak doesn’t survive that he was the reason it happened, and the rifle does its job. He dies.

Summary
The Wednesday (Season 1-ish) Dungeons and Dragons crossover no one asked for. Well, maybe someone asked for it..
“I am a dark elf, a Drow. I have gray skin and pale white hair, which I wear in two braids,” she glanced around the table defiantly to see if anyone would say anything. No one did. “I wear a long black cloak and carry a black twisted staff. I am drinking a glass of wine. You can see that my fingernails are long and black and filed into sharp points. But that’s all I suppose you could see from your table.”
“Percifer is really into her look.”
Enid sighed.
Kent chimed in, “Kent Sexypants is also really into her look. But wants to know if there are any other hot people in the tavern.”
…There’s always one in every adventuring party. It’s Eugene’s birthday and the gang gather to play Dungeons and Dragons in his honor. The story moves between past tense party and present tense adventure - two story lines moving along together. You don’t need to know how to play or love Dungeons and Dragons to read :)

Summary
After the fall of Laurel Gates, Nevermore is rebuilding. Larissa Weems, the queen of second chances, pulls some stings for Tyler Galpin’s release from Willowhill, claiming he deserves a second chance now that he’s learned to control his Hyde.
Tyler is enrolled at Nevermore under strict supervision. His return sends shockwaves through the student, but no one is more furious than Wednesday Addams. She doesn’t trust him. She doesn’t like him. And she definitely doesn’t want to feel anything for him. But fate (and Weems) keeps throwing them together.
Tyler wants to prove to himself that he’s more than a monster Laurel made him but Wednesday wants to prove he’s not. Tyler’s Hyde is under control. Wednesday’s emotions on the other hand, not so much.
They hate each other. They want each other. It’s complicated guy’s ok.

Xavier is struggling to tell what's real and what's not as his sanity slips further away. Enid's shifting powers are out of control. Wednesday is hell bent on catching her stalker AND proving that Tyler is on the loose. Ajax just wants to pass his classes.
AKA, the one where I psychologically torture Xavier, and Wednesday pines *coughs* investigates
This story is inspired by the hope that season 2 of Wednesday will lean further into the horror aspect. I'll add tw as they come up, but if there's something you think I should tag for lmk. Will be less than 10 chapters most likely.
