Summary
"Toji," he says, the inappropriately fond roughness of a cat's tongue in it, knowing what he's doing is unfair. "Let go."
It's a farce, what he's doing. There's this mirage of comprehension when Toji looks at him. There's even a sense that he's listening harder than usual, that if he could understand, he would. Toji's eyes remain full dark, and Gojo is sick with relief.
"You don't have to do this." What a joke, what a horrible thing to say with a smile fighting to come out and laughter trembling rodent-like in the burrow of his chest. Gojo does think he gets more than he shows. He doesn't just react to aggression; he still has the tactical mind that came up with the perfect approach to Gojo's supposedly unbeatable powers.
He has that wretched understanding now, because when Gojo starts to sit up, Toji tightens his hand around his thigh and yanks. Then Toji is over him, smiling himself with his teeth parted on a low chuckle like Gojo is just that entertaining.
The sex scene that was missing from do what you are doing to do, and I will tell about it because Toji was in Shibuya murder mode, plus way too much insight into Gojo's questionable coping methods.

Satoru's sitting on the exam table, stretching his leg out with a resistance band, but he stops mid-extension to blind Suguru with an expression of pure adoration. His sunglasses are wonky, and he pokes his tongue out in greeting. He looks well-rested today, softened at the edges. Unburdened and boyish.
“Suguru,” he coos, making grabby hands. His whims are a riptide; Suguru is standing between his knees before he even knows how he got there. Satoru pushes his sweat-slicked hair back from his face and sharply pinches the hollows of his cheeks. “You look so tired. Is it the heat? You know, we were just talking about you.”
Suguru blinks stupidly. “You were?”
“Yeah,” Shoko says, a pipette in her hand. She carefully deposits a single drop into one of the test tubes, and the cursed blood fizzes. “You look fucking awful.”

They say that some people remember their previous lives. It may not be complete memories but rather emotions and sensations. Lifetimes after Geto Suguru and Gojo Satoru die on December 24th, one year apart, they meet again.
In one lifetime Satoru is the yakuza heir to the Gojo Family, and Suguru is a new college student. In another, Suguru is a professional MMA fighter, and Satoru is the son of a Zaibatsu family. And in a third lifetime, they meet in the middle as young college students who can't understand why they're so drawn to each other.
