Bruce is the biggest puzzle in Clark’s life. When Diana pulls Clark in, Bruce pushes him away. When Diana is so present Clark believes they were destined to be together, Bruce is so distant Clark also holds that belief, because no matter how far the distance between them is, Clark is always back following Bruce around with loyalty and love that only a difficult case like his could earn.
