It’s not Niles’s fault. He knows that, but he still feels responsible. He reaches up to Owain’s face and wipes away what remains of the ice on Owain’s eyelashes with the pad of his thumb. It melts on his skin immediately, further driving home the frigid temperature of Owain’s face. Niles frowns.
“How long were you out there?” Niles asks.
Owain stares.
“What, is your brain frozen, too?” Niles withdraws his hand and angles his body toward the warmer living room. “Hurry up.”
When the power goes out during a winter storm, Owain shows up at Niles's house so he doesn't freeze to death.

Summary
Vil is looking for something big for his first role after graduating from Night Raven College. He's not thrilled to be starring opposite Neige LeBlanche again, but a horror movie with a famous director feels like the right move.
He's not expecting filming to go from bad to worse as the capricious auteur decides to make Neige's life on set an absolute nightmare.
But as it becomes harder and harder for Vil to ignore the way Neige is being treated, it also becomes harder to ignore his own past actions at the SDC.
