Summary
Fingers curled around the handle of their dagger as they examined their legs, letting their mind run freely with ideas of what to do with themself. They were rather careless with that knife in their hand– any given person in this hellscape could tell you as much– but here, their singular goal became apparent.
With that clean canvas laid out before them, Two Time tilted the blade ever so slightly, the metal ghosting over their flesh. They nearly shivered with anticipation, but what truly came out first was instead a dreadful little giggle.
Two Time wants to take themself away from the other survivors' quarreling. Their methods of doing so, however, are more than a little questionable.

Summary
Fondly, Hyperlaser wondered if his preferences were influenced at all by his drinking partner of choice. That man in question greatly preferred solitude over the typical crowdedness of a bar, with Hyperlaser’s presence being a curious exception to the rule. To him, Katana was something quite close to otherworldly, floating above the mundane world– and yet, he found a place for Hyperlaser in the midst. A tether to regular life.
That fact was something anyone would and should be grateful for. Hyperlaser only wished that considering Katana in that way didn’t make their throat so tight.
After a night of drinking, magnetic trust and burning desire comes spilling forth.

Summary
No matter how much they did it, Hyperlaser didn’t think they’d ever get used to being so intimately close to him.
They were both people who were scared of touch, of closeness; Hyperlaser knew that about as well as anyone could acknowledge their own vices. So, being able to share this space with Katana despite everything– it was invigorating. Invigorating and deeply, deeply unraveling.

Himeko tried to grab her bearings once again, her mind weighed by confusion for a moment before she was brought back to the present. Kafka, asking her for permission… She could so easily take what she wanted without a second thought, without even considering Himeko’s feelings, like a spider closing in on its food. And yet, there she waited, a patient smile on her face.
“Yes,” Himeko muttered, her hesitation finally leaving her body.
Himeko finds herself in a sticky situation.

Basking in Tighnari playing along with his joy, Cyno nodded at his words, practically grinning. “I appreciate you indulging me like this,” he said, his tone surprisingly soft, appreciation lacing his words. “And now, I can–”
“Have your reward?” Tighnari interrupted, finishing Cyno’s sentence for him. Cyno mentally and physically paused, fully realizing just what he’d won– what he was in for. With a sigh, the fox stood up, one ear twitching as the air noticeably shifted. God, this really was happening, wasn’t it?
After winning another TCG game against Tighnari, Cyno finally gets what he wants.

Why was he so insistent on understanding something so inherently inscrutable? Why did he push when Aventurine pulled? Why were they so flawed, so perfect together despite it all?
Jokingly, Aventurine considered the idea that there was simply no one else who could keep up with his… eccentricities. But that fondness only lasted for so long.
He needed to distract Ratio. Quickly.
Aventurine can only keep his secrets from Ratio for so long.

Summary
Boothill knew it wasn’t exactly the most ideal place to get it on– a dingy, “borrowed” workshop, reeking of oil and ash and everything else he relished in, everything else sane people scowled at.
Still, one hand stuffed itself between his legs, the other fumbling around for the screwdriver he was just using moments prior.
Boothill needs to relieve some stress after a particularly frustrating mission. Thankfully, he has his own ways of dealing with his problem.

Summary
They were both lying– Veritas more obviously than Aventurine, for once. Veritas’s strained attempts at returning back to normalcy were snuffed out the moment Aventurine sat down on the nearest couch, guiding his eyes back to the Stoneheart’s form. Now that Veritas was this close, he couldn’t help but notice how Aventurine’s eyes seemed to almost glaze over, his smile belying the untruth that permeated in the air between them. There was no use in any of this, no sense– Veritas wanted to back down, but something in him knew that that would only make things worse.
Perhaps this was Aventurine’s twisted plan all along, and Veritas was simply too much of an idiot not to fall for it.
Veritas wants to retrieve Aventurine, but a different kind of desire soon takes hold as he finds that the Stoneheart seems to have other plans for that night.

Summary
This was how Sushang always was with Guinaifen, in truth– always looking for an excuse to be closer, to spend more time with her.
Sushang knew that was why she decided to follow along with Guinaifen. The excuse of not being able to help oneself was a moot one, and yet she couldn’t help but choose that as her self-imposed justification.
She used it right then, when Guinaifen had her back against the wall.
Guinaifen shows Sushang just how much she missed her.

“Are we… making you uncomfortable?” Tighnari asked, his tone displaying a much clearer hint of sobriety than Kaveh anticipated.
All three of them being barely tipsy made the inhibitions in the room melt away– and so, Kaveh hardly hesitated with what she said next. “No, don’t worry. Quite the opposite, actually.”
“Oh?” Tighnari nearly purred, moving away from Cyno to face Kaveh directly. “Don’t tell me you enjoyed watching us.”
“No, it’s not that! It’s just, I enjoy the fact that you two feel this comfortable around me to be so… intimate with one another. That’s– That’s…”
…When did Tighnari get so close to her?
The promise of relaxation brings Kaveh to a hotel room with Cyno and Tighnari. What she hadn't been promised, however, was what would happen within those four walls.

Summary
Tighnari had been thinking for weeks, in truth, turning over Cyno’s behavior in his mind again and again– Collei had seemed to notice the difference in Cyno’s self along with him, even if she didn’t mention it. He didn’t say anything out of fear of prying into something he shouldn't— though that thought did little to curb his urge to.
He still had yet to say anything when he felt the electricity between Cyno’s fingers.
Tighnari finds out that there's more to Cyno's power than meets the eye— literally.

A pause, just long enough for Cyno’s mind to wander. If memory served him right, Tighnari had a certain… tone when he wanted to shift the air to something more alluring. Not your typical seduction tactics, though— instead, it was something that felt almost tailor-made for Cyno, in its own strange way. Cyno’s eyes narrowed as he recognized that familiar tone of voice, his smile widening just that little bit more.
“You aren’t typically this much of a sore loser, ‘Nari,” Cyno thought out loud, purposefully leaving out how much he enjoyed that fact.
In the aftermath of a TCG game, Tighnari relives a past rendezvous with Cyno.

Summary
At that moment, he wanted nothing more than to take Tighnari’s worries away. He wanted to remind Tighnari that Cyno was strong, that they both did the right thing. If only Cyno could express the gratitude that settled in his chest like a pit. If only he could do more.

Boothill’s teasing did little to quell Gallagher’s impending nerves, nearly locking up under the cyborg’s uncharacteristically gentle touch. Gallagher silently relished in the sight of him, at those gray eyes flashing danger and desire at him all at once, lips pulled into a grin full of inhumanly sharp teeth. Dilated, target-esque pupils stared into his, half-lidded in a show of something that was almost submission. Almost.
Because he knew that Boothill wasn’t someone to ever submit.

Boothill broke the stillness with a subtly distorted groan from the back of his throat.
“I need to get laid,” he muttered, singlehandedly ripping away what little decorum there was from the conversation.
And that did it. Gallagher looked back at the Galaxy Ranger, confusion littering his face once again.
“‘Scuse me?” Gallagher blurted out after a couple of seconds. If he were being honest, he thought that Boothill’s robotic physiology would have made it impossible to have those urges.
“You heard me. I ain’t taking it back,” Boothill replied.

Her hand ghosted over the door handle, then pushed it open, suddenly overcome with a subtle bout of nerves. Her body tautened at the thoughts that suddenly presented themselves. It felt as if she was suddenly challenged. Close to being hurt. Like she was before some… predator…
No matter. Tonight would not concern those thoughts of hers, confusing as they may have been.
Despite herself, Black Swan commences another engagement with Acheron.

Summary
Wouldn’t a member of the Intelligentsia Guild have better things to do with his time than dawdle about with some gambling addict that he was once openly vitriolic towards?
Well, it wasn’t all for nothing, at least not in Veritas’s eyes.
See, Veritas had certain… interests. Things you couldn’t learn about in the traditional, independent way. Things that the doctor would try to explain away when asked, though he failed every time.
Veritas treats his desire as an experiment. Aventurine sees right through him.

Summary
Something Cyno loved about Tighnari was his uncompromising nature. He enjoyed how willing he was to take control of situations– of Cyno himself, even– though he’d never say that latter part out loud. It was admirable how determined he was, and it was just lovely to see how far he could push that aspect of him before the coil snapped.
During one of their friend group's meet-ups, Tighnari takes a moment alone with Cyno.

Summary
The night had long since slowed, though Aventurine saw it as just beginning, like usual. Veritas wondered if the night ever ended for him. Aventurine once told him that the night was the time for secrecy, for debauchery of all kinds. He laughed after he said that, a self-incriminating thing that piqued Veritas’s curiosity greatly. Was he hiding something from him that he didn’t know about, cloaked away in the shadows of the never-ending night? Knowing him, that was probably the case.
He couldn’t rationalize why he went with Aventurine that night.
Veritas and Aventurine try to break each other down. One succeeds, one fails.

Despite Cyno almost always being thoroughly exposed, Tighnari’s eyes still ran down his toned chest all the same, taking in the scarred skin and firm contours with nigh-perverted interest. He wondered how that skin would feel on his lips, his teeth. How Cyno would bleat and say his name as he traced his collarbone. How Cyno would grab him by the hair, whine for more, hold him ever closer.
It was a harmless urge, wasn’t it...?
When his urges get the better of him, Tighnari bites Cyno during sex. They both like it a little too much.
