Ah. Now Stede feels like he might know exactly where this is going, and he can’t say he’s disappointed. It had felt so lovely, spoon-feeding his dear Ed back to health, that Stede had almost been disappointed when Ed had been feeling well enough to eat on his own again.
So if Ed wants to do some fuckery about feeding, Stede’s all in.

There’s the fact that he’d agreed to come on this trip with Ronan and his brothers with nary a complaint about free handouts. Then there’s the way he’s been eating this whole time, like it’s going out of style.
Ronan hasn’t exactly been spreading it on lightly, either, but he’s always eaten more than Adam anyway. Especially lately, ever since he admitted to himself how much he liked it, eating until he feels slow and lazy, the ever-present buzz in his brain dulled to a distant hum.

Adam's got a crush on Ronan. Ronan's dating Kavinsky (sort of)... and also going out with Adam.
It’s really shitty to have, as the Gen Zs would say, caught feelings for Kavinsky, but Ronan’s working on it. Going on an actual nighttime date with Adam Parrish helps. Kavinsky will go to coffee shops and shit like that, but at night he never wants to do dinner or anything. He’s always busy, which Ronan knows means that he’s probably with someone else. But late at night, Kavinsky is his, and Ronan can’t seem to let go of that.
Although Adam Parrish is an excellent distraction.
