Hello, my name is Dorothy Malto, veteran of the US Army, wife to my handsome marine biologist husband Alex, and a proud co-owner of the Malto Sea Sanctuary, newly reopened for visitors to see.
After leaving the army with honors, my husband Alex and I spent our life-savings to buy and renovate an old sea research facility into a sea sanctuary, to help the creatures of the depths to recover and for humans to learn about them. We house five sea lions, two leatherback turtles, a small family of sea otters and many schools of endangered fish, which we regularly release into the wild.
This month, we've decided to give a chance at a second life for three of one of the rarest creatures of the depths: mers. All of them are seniors currently being sold, and our wish is to be able to give them a worthy retirement after life spent entertaining humans, but we won't be able to do it without your support.
_____The Maltos decide to buy three mers, Elita one, Optimus prime and Megatron, to give them a new chance at life after decades of being a source of entertainment. Some take the change better than others

Megatron narrowed his eyes, but it was clear he was in no position to argue. “It wasn’t like–” He stopped, shaking his head. “You wouldn’t listen anyway, would you?”
Starscream grinned, already enjoying this. “No, I wouldn’t.”

A few months after the trial, Megatron is aboard the Lost Light and Starscream continues his rule as Cybertron’s leader. Things are going better than expected for the Seeker- that is until, he gets an emergency hail from Optimus Prime, with some interesting news.
Megatron is carrying, and no longer fit to continue his mission upon the Lost Light. With execution no longer an option, he is brought back before Starscream to decide his fate.
Things get…interesting.
