Summary
The paper isn't all that interesting. To be fair Eddie's seen it all before, years upon years ago, and everything is exactly the same. He’s the only one out of place. Far away from New York, no money and no wife, driving across the country with someone he finally remembers and someone that should be dead. I should be dead, too, he thinks, flipping to the next page. It feels like a dream, sometimes.

With Eddie’s death a fresh wound, It makes a promise. An offer to bring him back in exchange for It’s life.
So Richie makes a wish.
