Summary
Shadow brought his arm to his chest to balance the fruit in his paw but, upon feeling wetness, just as quickly pulled it away, as if it burned. He glanced down to see sticky juice stains in his thick fur, the red uncomfortably visible on his white chest fluff.
“Ffffuck,” he hissed, gripping the fruit a little tighter. A few more seeds fled from their prison and onto the floor with their brethren. He quickly placed the pomegranate back onto the counter, using every bit of self restraint not to slam it down in anger, mentally berating himself.
God. Fucking. Dammit.

Shadow doesn’t know how to open a pomegranate (he’s so me) and Rouge is there to laugh at him.

Shadow the hedgehog realizes he's in love with Sonic and tries to tell him without ever saying the words. It goes well and Sonic understands immediately. Why is it 36k words? Because I hate them and they make me sick and I'm apparently incapable of being normal about the things I like.
