The first time it happened, Dean came home at eleven. Exhausted.
He clutched the door frame as he entered the slim bathroom, his body wasn’t his when he flicked on the light and his pants were still unbuttoned. A strange taste stuck in his mouth as he spit into the sink, and brushed his teeth with a cheap drugstore toothbrush. His body shivered on the tiled floor, fixing his tousled hair. He told himself it was voluntary, it was crucial. It was okay.

Summary
Dean Winchester is an omega who was abandoned by his mother at a young age, being left behind with his bitter and abusive father. He’s alone, scared, and developmentally behind, childlike and not even able to read when he’s thrown out on his ass as a teenager. By the time he’s 27 he’s no better off and more damaged than ever, homeless and working on the street. He tries to be happy, childlike mind clinging to hope, but he’s tired. He waits for an angel.
Castiel is an alpha who’s recently experienced a fall from grace after falling into a psychotic episode at work and attacking a man while on duty. He’s lost his job and now works nights at a run down gas station, living paycheck to paycheck and preparing to go before the board to plea his case for why his credentials shouldn’t be taken away. He’s going to get his life back together, there’s only one problem. Castiel believes he’s God-like, a twisted angel of justice, and takes that belief to violent extremes.

But after a brutal assault and subsequent kidnapping, he thinks everything is over but boy, is he wrong.

Dean shoves his arms back into the black leather of the jacket, and he takes a step toward the door. Maybe this is the biggest mistake he’s ever made.
Castiel is still lying on the bed, shirt open, legs half spread, running his fingers down his own body like he’s trying to make up for Dean’s absence.
Dean lets a small laugh fall from his lips, out of embarrassment, or maybe fear. Castiel starts to glance at Dean, but then pulls himself up onto the end of the bed. “Are those—didn’t you hand me those in Vince’s hotel room?”

Summary

One of the few bright spots for him is the job he works at a burger place called Mystery Spot, a restaurant owned by four Russian brothers that Sammy and Dean joke all the time is a front for a mafia. One day, however, when a man comes in and tries to kill Dean’s favorite Krushnic brother right in front of him, the Omega is forced to admit that maybe his running joke with Sammy isn’t too far off the mark.
As Dean is thrown into the world of the Krushnic mafia, he finds himself getting closer than ever to Castiel Krushnic himself. The Alpha seems to harbor a strange soft spot for Dean, one that grows more obvious and more confusing by the day. Suddenly, Dean has to wonder why the kindest person in his life is a mafia boss, and why said mafia boss is so dead-set on taking care of him.
It’ll take a very stubborn person to convince Dean he deserves that. It’s lucky Castiel Krushnic is a very stubborn man.
