Now, Se-mi wasn’t religious. She didn’t have any beliefs. When it came to death, she never thought about what came afterwards. Maybe despite having no religion, she’d either see the pearly gates or the devil smiling back at her. She even considered that nothing came afterwards—that it’d be just darkness. And truthfully, she feared that the most.
Here’s another thing she eventually considered—being a ghost who roams the land until she can finally rest. She doubts she’d be a vengeful spirit, but it’s still something to look forward to.
Something that Se-mi wasn’t looking forward to was seeing Thanos’ face—grinning ear to ear. “Welcome to Thanos’ World, señorita.” What. the. fuck.

Summary
This was it, the quickest way to put him out of his misery. There’s no one left to save him—not even himself.
A sharp inhale. And then another one. Thanos manages to block out the moaning just meters from both his sides. One last inhale and—”Thanos! Jump!” What the fuck? Was that the universe supporting his actions? And then, he finally opens his eyes wide. A boat, emerging from underneath the bridge.
A sudden hope sparked back into his world, along with his will to live. “You—“ Thanos wants to say something, but he swings his head to his sides and just decides—‘fuck it.’ Unfortunately, he doesn’t jump like he wanted. Due to the close proximity of those things, he panics and staggers off the edge, a loud yelp leaving him afterwards. For a moment, he’s afraid he’ll hit the water instead. But lucky him, this time, his body collides with the wooden edges of the boat.

Nam-gyu dies.
When did it all go wrong?
Maybe he shouldn’t have told Thanos about Myung-gi’s pregnant chick, then the fight wouldn’t have happened. Or if he didn’t vote O, he would’ve gone home. But these awful decisions led way back, before the games. Before he invested in that cryptocurrency, and went into debt. That one day changed him forever. No matter how much he coped, he would never recover from it. It made Nam-gyu into the man he is today. The reason for this whole thing - the reason for his demise.
He might've had a decent future if he tried hard enough.

Damn. He was honestly considering reeling it back with the insults, because being on the receiving end really sucked. Thanos paused his chuckling to give him a sympathetic smile.
"Nam-su," Gyu. "Don't you know what love languages are?"
No. "Yes."
Or
Nam-gyu and Thanos get forced to work on a school project about the different love languages, except their only love language is physical touch; kicking, hitting, and shoving. But the closer the get, the more love languages they start to share.
