“Ominis?”
It felt almost illegal to speak, to break the serene tranquility.
Ominis hummed, noncommittally but attentively, tilting his head just so to indicate he was listening.
Sebastian’s throat felt oddly tight.
“Do you ever wish you could see?”

Summary
Ominis chalked the first time up to… well, the first time. The second time? A simple misunderstanding.
Then came:
“Vanilla latte for Oberon?”
“Hot chocolate for Oscar?”
“Orchid? A black coffee for Orchid?”
It was getting increasingly difficult to chalk these up as mistakes.

Summary
Sebastian had found the ad on Facebook a few weeks prior:
“Looking for a 6th roommate to complete our lovely disaster of a household! We’re five broke, wildly dysfunctional uni students in desperate need of someone who’s just as chaotic as Garreth’s last chem lab mishap. Must be a fellow student, financially unstable, mildly unhinged (in a good way), and respectful—one of us is blind, and we don’t tolerate jerks.”
After laughing at the brutally honest description, he’d sent a message to the number at the bottom of the ad.
