He took it, feeling the warm imprints of the man’s fingers on the glass. He took a long drink out of it, keeping the eye contact intact, the intense bitter taste flooding the back of his throat as he put the pilsener down abruptly. He hated the tang the liquid gave him, sipping some sweet gin to clear it off his mouth.
– Can’t take it, sweetheart? – He told him, with that condescending tone accompanied by a chuckle - and fuck, it felt as if all the pressure in his body went right below his belly, making him shiver. He made him feel so small, so devoted as he looked up at him - his dark, profound eyes backed him. He looked around, no one seemed to even realize what just happened, was he delirious? - too drunk? He felt gravity pulling him down, knees all weak, the only thing there to ground him in reality was the somber, almost clinical expression of his boss - he could hear him: I got you all figured out.
Or
Whitaker and Robby have some unresolved sexual-tension. They resolve it, to both of their despairs -
