After the Battle of New York, Loki finds themself locked up in the avengers tower. After multiple escape attempts, they come to peace with the fact they’ll never get out. They just hope that the Avengers will kill them before The Mad Titan learns of their failure in getting the tesseract. But maybe being with the Avengers won’t be so bad.

Loki spends time with the Avengers and they accidentally get adopted by them when they learn what they have been through
OR OR
Loki finally trauma dumps, and the Avengers become protective parents.

Soon disaster strikes. A dark force arises, One much more powerful then anything The Avengers could have ever imagined. No one knew what would happen, who would win, who would fall.
Some Thought Loki would help, others though he may betray them, But surly no one would have guessed that he would end up falling in love.

“Well yeah. I mean, some stuff is fuzzy but-“ He rubbed a hand over his eyes, trying not to growl. His temples were throbbing already.
“Obi-Wan doesn’t. We can’t tell if it’s the head injury or whatever the fuck this is but…” “He’s confused and non-co-operative. He needs medical attention, but won’t let anyone near." She swallowed, and Anakin could see the glinting sheen of unshed tears.
“Skyguy, he… he keeps asking for Master Qui Gon.”
RotS AU where after failing to rescue Palpatine from the newly youthful Dooku, Anakin has to juggle defending the Republic, protecting Padme, and the weight of his own destiny. And with his padawan expelled from the Order and his master seemingly gone, The Chosen One will have to make do with what has been left behind - a scared and secretive Apprentice Kenobi, with the body and memories of his sixteen year old self.
Saving the Galaxy just got a whole lot smaller.

Qui-Gon has been offered a seat on the Jedi Council. It's a great honour. A position where he can affect change. Shed light on things that he felt the Council often missed.
But there was only one problem. Obi-Wan Kenobi. He couldn't complete his Padawan's training and hold a seat on the Council at the same time. Shamefully, it's somewhat of a relief. He and Obi-Wan have never clicked and Qui-Gon has worried that his own failures as a teacher would stunt Obi-Wan's progress.
But all this leaves one question: who will become Obi-Wan's new Master?

The artifact glowed in Kenobi’s hands, consuming his entire body in a brilliant crystal blue. Dooku watched—half horrified, half entranced—as the box split open, the brush of the unifying force breathing in sync with the living. "A single touch from a single soul creates an unimaginable shift in the force," the descriptions of the artifact had uttered. The words couldn’t even begin to describe the shift in the air, the impenetrable tick of gears turning. And then, almost as soon as it began, the swirling blue light tucked itself back into the artifact with a soft hiss, leaving behind a man who was nothing like the general Dooku knew.
Standing in front of him was a young Jedi Knight who looked very much afraid.
“Grandmaster?” Obi-Wan whispered.
Or in other words: During the late Clone Wars, Obi-Wan accidentally touches an ancient Jedi artifact, which transports his grieving Post-Naboo self into the future to take his place. Somehow this saves the galaxy.

Xanatos had no intention of taking on a padawan. Not now, potentially not ever.
“So.” He started, refusing to let his discomfort show. He’d heard they could smell fear. “Before I start, does anyone have any questions?”
Only one tiny hand went up.
“Yes?”
Its owner, a tiny slip of a thing with a riot of ginger curls bit their lip. “Aw you a pwincess?”
Xanatos’ brows rose in surprise. “What?”
“A pwincess.” The toddler said once again, tiny brows furrowed and hands clenched tightly in their lap.
