Summary
James and Remus were dating in secret, because he didn't want anyone to know about them because he was ashamed about their relationship. Remus was in love with James that he didn't notice that James would go behind his back with Lily Evans, the girl who James said he didn't love anymore. James was confused about his sexuality and would snog and do things with Lily, that he only ever did with Remus. But one night the truth was blurted out and a hurt and heartbroken Remus gave James a choice, him or Lily. At graduation he was supposed to chose which was in three-days time. Who will James chose? What will the repercussions be? Will Remus end up with the love of his life or will he be left behind?

Summary
After the Battle of Five Armies, Bilbo is imprisoned for his betrayal of dwarves. Convinced his dwarves have not forgiven him, Bilbo escaped back to the Shire and accepts that his adventure came to an end. The company, unaware of his arrest, eventually must accept that their burglar must have perished in the battle. A recreated mournful journey back to the Shire forces everyone to confront the past.

Summary
Almost two years after the Battle of the Five Armies, Thorin asks Bilbo to return to the mountain with the excuse of needing a "Hobbit-Dwarf Relations Advisor." What that entails, the king has no clue, but he is willing to make up a fake title and job just to get the chance to make amends with the hobbit and, in time, make his deep affections known. Unbeknownst to Thorin, Bilbo is already madly in love with him. Through a series of ridiculous cultural miscommunications, Bilbo finds himself engaged to the King Under the Mountain, while at the same time, Thorin is heartbroken that the hobbit, his heart's desire, has found love in another.
~ A subverted version of the "Bilbo is married/engaged to Thorin in the ways of dwarves and doesn't know it" trope. Inspired by the omitted information from The Hobbit that reads, "curious habit in [hobbit] weddings. They kept it (always officially and very often actually) a dead secret for years who they were going to marry, even when they knew. Then they suddenly went and got married and went off without an address for a week or two (or even longer)." ~

“Whitaker, you need to sit down. You have a concussion.” The voice next to him tries to tell him, and it's almost familiar this time.
“Yeah I realized that, I am a fuckin' doctor. Student doctor. Whatever.” he replies, turning to squint at the man sitting next to him. “Look, can you just get Dr. Robby? He’ll tell you I'm fine, I gotta get back to work, I got… patients and shit.”
The man looks at someone behind him, some expression he can’t quite figure out. He starts to say something else, and—oh shit he’s gonna throw up fuck—he tries to lean away and not vomit all over anyone else. He doesn't quite make it.
“Shit,” yeah, he definitely ruined that guy’s shoes. Whoops. “Sorry.”
