    Suguru dies and hopes to finally rest. Yet instead his soul is bonded to a random pink-haired teenage monkey as if a curse. Forced to be around Itadori Yuuji from now on, not able to leave, Suguru has to accept his fate and quickly realizes that the boy is not an average human being at all. So, the man decides to teach him about cursed energy. That's what saves Yuuji from becoming Sukuna's vessel and gives him a place in Jujutsu High as a regular student. Suguru can only laugh at how all the familiar paths are being crossed again, a bit nostalgic about the place and people around, with Gojou Satoru observing Yuuji intently. Maybe the curse wasn't that random at all?


    Or: In this fic, Yuuji is bonded to Suguru instead of Sukuna, and it changes everything.

    No one is prepared for Yuuji to reach with his hand and very lightly touch Satoru's white hair, then nod to himself solemnly. Suguru is surprised that his best friend doesn't turn on the infinity, letting himself be touched.

     

    “I see.” The pink-haired boy mumbles and nods again, making a determined expression. “Your hair is very soft, Gojou-san. I need to protect it.” He decides.

    This made me cackle like a mad witch in the middle of the night LMAO🤣. LOVE LOVE LOVE this. One thing I absolutely love is how Yuuji and Geto got to warmed up immediately (but then again, I truly believe if they have met in canon, they absolutely would). It's interesting how mentoring would play out if Geto is the one teaching him. And dare I say that Geto did better than Gojo? (I'm sorry😔) lol. I just think that if there is a cameo of Nanamin here it would have been perfect! 🥰

    I don't usually read GeGo pair because it's not my thing but then again this fic is such a good one to pass. Worth rereading😍

    Balling his fists in anger was to be expected. But instead of raising them to challenge the King of Curses as he had once before, Yuji shoved them into his pockets before turning his attention to the ceiling and presumably, the world beyond Sukuna's domain.

    “So, what? Did I die again?”

    “No. Dying would have been preferred.”

    “Preferred... To what?”

    ❤ Sukuna has been trapped within the confines of his innate domain since his awakening. After a mission goes array, Yuji finds himself in the same predicament, both sealed away from the outside world without as clue as to who is responsible, though Sukuna does not go without pointing fingers. With only each other for company and their chances of being freed growing lower by the day, they'll soon learn that there are worse things than being stuck with the bane of your existence, such as the consequences of forming attachment.

    I am deeply in love with this fic. No lie. It is so beautiful that you can feel the love that they emanated with each other. Like SIR even the closeness and codependency that you have with each other would actively make any married couple begin to question their marriage??? Bec wtf??

    In response to Sukuna's vocal desires for a different vessel, one like Fushiguro Megumi as he would so loudly claim, Yuuji voices his own preference for a different curse. Ideally one like Rika-chan. This of course displeases Sukuna. A lot.

    Or alternatively,
     
    “Fushiguro Megumi would have been a far better host.” Sukuna lamented, sighing loudly as if grieving an unjust slight. “Yeah? Well, you’re not exactly my ideal either! If anything, I’d much rather a curse like Rika-chan!” Yuuji screeched.

    After reading the synopsis, I immediately know that this would be so peak LMAO. Then, I saw the word count oh Lord; WE ARE ABOUT TO EAT A FULL COURSE MEAL🤣. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!! I love the tension! Ngl I also felt a pinch in my heart when Yuuji said that! Totally understand you, Sukuna😭😭.

    “I’m Yuji! Itadori Yuji! What’s your name?”

    Neither family name nor given name was one Satoru had heard before. Perhaps that was why this boy didn’t know who he was? Bearer of the Six Eyes? The honored one?

    “I am Gojo Satoru.”

    “Nice to meet you, Satoru-kun!”

    Satoru felt an imaginary arrow stab through his chest. It didn’t cause pain in the traditional sense, but it left Satoru caught off guard and terribly confused by the lack of respect given to his name. The worst of it came when Satoru went to correct him, but stopped before he could even begin. 

     

    ❤ Satoru escapes his caretaker to run rampant throughout the streets of a city he didn't bother to learn the name of. In hindsight, he should have paid more attention to where his father had taken him, because this city is where he first grabbed hold of one Itadori Yuji and refused to let go since.
