Chapter Text
"Umm, Kacchan!" Izuku purred, hugging Katsuki. Katsuki’s alpha rumbled.
“You’re back,” Izuku chirped. Katsuki smiled, and they walked hand in hand, waving goodbye to Inko.
It had become a ritual for them—Katsuki would come to pick Izuku up for school every morning, and Izuku would drop Katsuki home after school. Some days, Katsuki would arrive a little earlier to help Inko cook or get Izuku ready. Other times, Izuku would stay over at Katsuki's after dropping him off to do assignments together.
Today, when Katsuki arrived, Izuku immediately jumped into his arms, hugging him tightly. Katsuki had missed school because of his rut. And they both missed each other.
Katsuki smiled at their joined hands. Izuku looked like a puppy with that bright, innocent grin. Katsuki tried not to think about the wild fantasies that had consumed him during his rut. He looked away, feeling the aftereffects still stirring inside him.
The day at U.A. started like any other. Once they entered the school, Izuku’s friends pulled him away, and Katsuki was surrounded by his usual group of idiots. Kirishima side-hugged him, Mina ruffled his hair, Sero smirked like the clown he was, and Kaminari made a crude comment about ruts and fantasies, clearly proud of himself.
Normally, that would have earned Kaminari a smack from Katsuki, but Katsuki was distracted. His gaze had drifted to Izuku, who was standing with Iida, the boy’s hand resting on Izuku’s shoulder in a half-hug. Izuku was smiling, listening to whatever the four-eyes was saying. Tsu high-fived him. Then Uraraka got too close, her hand brushing Izuku’s arm, and Izuku smiled at her, too—blushing slightly.
Why was he blushing?
Katsuki’s jaw tightened as he watched Izuku dab his hand with Uraraka’s, and then that half-and-half bastard approached. Shoto casually stood beside Izuku, and the two began talking. Katsuki’s hands clenched into fists. What the hell were they talking about?
Izuku glanced at him for a brief second, smiling, and Katsuki instinctively smiled back.
Maybe he was overthinking things.
Then Izuku held Shoto’s hand, and the Dekusquad walked toward the classroom together. Katsuki silently followed, leaving his confused friends behind.
“Did you see that?” Mina asked, breaking the silence.
“Bakugo didn’t even beat me after my comment,” Kaminari said, sounding incredulous.
“No, not that, idiot,” Mina said, rolling her eyes. “Did you notice how he was gawking at Midoriya?”
Kaminari and Sero exchanged shocked looks, while Kirishima just chuckled.
“What about that? He was just looking at his childhood friend,” Sero said.
Mina laughed. “Yeah, childhood friend.”
Kirishima shook his head with a knowing smile. “Haven’t you two noticed? Bakubro is always looking at Midoriya.”
“Hey, don’t tell me you haven’t noticed either!” Mina said, grinning. “I think they’re together.”
Sero gasped loudly. “Really?”
“Shh!” Mina hushed him. “Yeah, I’ve always noticed it. Bakugo always sits in front of Midoriya. Midoriya draws little things on his back with his fingers, and Bakugo never gets annoyed. He actually looks... happy. And whenever Shoto gets too close to Midoriya, Bakugo goes into full pissed-off mode.
“Also, during physical training, whenever Midoriya does well, Bakugo has this proud smile. And have you noticed that it’s always Bakugo who pulls out Midoriya’s lunch? He literally brings lunch for him!”
“Yeah!” Kaminari chimed in. “I never thought Bakugo was into anyone—girls or boys—but I see it now. And Midoriya is so clingy to his Kacchan! Like, ‘Sugoi Kacchan! Kacchan is amazing! You’re the best, Kacchan!’” Kaminari mimicked Izuku in a high-pitched voice.
They all laughed, except Kirishima, who had a faint smile and seemed lost in thought.
“Oii, what’s on your mind?” Mina poked his cheek.
“Mina, remember when we were in middle school? I once told you about a boy saving his friend from being kidnapped...” Kirishima trailed off.
Mina thought for a moment before nodding. “I remember vaguely... What does that have to do with anything?”
“That was them. Midoriya saved Bakugo from being kidnapped. And did you know Bakugo almost got arrested for beating up some high school guys who were messing with Midoriya?”
“Seriously?” they all said in unison.
“How do you know all this?” Mina elbowed him.
“It was on the news—well, a local channel. They aired it briefly before the police asked them to stop, to protect the boys’ reputations. And...” Kirishima hesitated. “Bakugo once told me they weren’t close back then. In fact, he used to bully Midoriya.”
“What?” Mina exclaimed.
“No way! He’s so protective of Midoriya now,” Sero said, looking skeptical.
“Well, it’s Bakugo we’re talking about,” Mina said thoughtfully. “Apparently he’s changed.”
Their chatter continued until the bell rang, and they scrambled into the classroom, laughing like the bunch of idiots they were.
.....
“What? Are you sure?” Katsuki looked at Izuku for a second, disbelief evident in his expression. “No, there should have been a mistake,” he said louder.
Izuku watched him with concern. It was during lunch when Katsuki received a call from the elementary school teacher.
“Shit!” Katsuki facepalmed after the call ended.
“What happened, Kacchan?” Izuku asked, tugging at Katsuki’s arm.
Katsuki plopped back into the seat where he had been sitting with Izuku earlier, letting out a long sigh as he rested his head on Izuku’s shoulder. “Our pups created trouble at school,” he mumbled.
“Oh no! What did they do this time?” Izuku gasped, waiting for an answer. Katsuki stayed silent.
“Kacchan, what did our babies do?” Izuku shook him lightly, his voice rising with urgency.
“Kota beat up a guy in his class,” Katsuki muttered, covering his face with his hands. “And Mahoro joined him.”
Izuku gasped again. “My babies! Why did they—? It’s because they take after you, Kacchan!” he huffed, puffing out his cheeks in frustration.
“Oi! What did you say?” Katsuki lifted his head, glaring at Izuku.
“It’s because they take after you,” Izuku repeated, crossing his arms. “They got their temper from you. That and the fighting. You taught them self-defense, but look how they’re misusing the techniques we taught them!”
Katsuki leaned over to pull Izuku’s cheeks with a mischievous grin. “Nah! It’s all because you pamper them so much. You’ve spoiled the brats rotten. Now they don’t even listen to me. How many times have I told you—you shouldn’t spoil your pups so much!”
“My pups?” Izuku’s tone shifted, his face now a mix of anger and sadness. A furious omega scent radiated faintly from his exposed neck. “My pups? They’re your pups too! When they do something good, you always say, ‘My pups, my pups are awesome like me, they take after me.’ But when they do something bad, they’re suddenly your pups?!” Izuku’s voice shook as he puffed out his chest. “Don’t spoil your pups so much? Don’t—”
Izuku trailed off, mumbling under his breath, while Katsuki watched him with an amused grin.
“Okay, okay! Sorry!” Katsuki said with a laugh.
Izuku looked up at him, his expression softening slightly. Even after so much time, he wasn’t used to hearing words like “sorry” from Katsuki.
“They’re my pups too. And okay, they take after me,” Katsuki admitted, ruffling Izuku’s hair with a smirk.
Izuku pouted for a moment before his lips quirked into a small smile. They sat like that, the tension easing, until Katsuki leaned in closer and buried his face in the crook of Izuku’s neck. He inhaled deeply, taking in Izuku’s calming scent, and let out a low groan.
“The teacher wants to have a meeting with us,” Katsuki murmured into Izuku’s neck. “Today.”
Izuku patted his back gently, his own shoulders slumping. “Oh no! We’re in trouble too. What are we going to do, Kacchan?”
Katsuki pulled back just enough to meet Izuku’s gaze. “I don’t know,” he admitted, a rare look of helplessness crossing his face.
............
Kaminari and Sero sprinted down the hallway, bursting through the door with such force it rattled in its frame.
“Guys! We have news!” Kaminari exclaimed, out of breath.
Everyone turned to look at them. The room wasn’t too crowded—Uraraka, Iida, Kirishima, and Mina sat scattered, chatting casually.
“Wow, wow, wow... Stop! Breathe!” Mina patted Kaminari and Sero on the back, guiding them to sit down.
“You’re not going to believe this,” Sero began, his face still flushed from running.
“Yeah, but lower your voice, Sero!” Kaminari whispered dramatically. “We don’t want this scandal to spread like wildfire.”
Mina leaned closer, intrigued. “What is it?”
Kaminari gestured for Uraraka and Iida to come closer. “Guys, you need to hear this. Come here.”
Iida frowned. “Sorry, it’s not good to gossip about—”
Kaminari interrupted him. “But it’s about Midoriya. It’s really serious. Just come here!”
Reluctantly, Iida joined them, and the six of them formed a tight circle.
“So,” Sero began, “we actually thought about what Mina said this morning and decided to keep an eye on Bakugo and Midoriya. We followed them when they went to have lunch, and…”
“We took this device that helps you hear from far away,” Kaminari added.
Iida’s face darkened. “Wait, are you saying you stole Jirou’s headphone device to spy on—”
Mina cut him off, waving a hand. “Let them finish!”
Sero continued, “So, we saw them head to their secret spot, and as soon as they got there, Bakugo and Midoriya took their scent patches off… and hugged. They took each other’s scent straight from the source…”
Uraraka gasped. “Why would Bakugo do that?”
Mina blushed, while Iida looked deeply uncomfortable. Kirishima, on the other hand, smirked like a dog with a bone.
“And then?” Mina pressed excitedly.
“Then they ate lunch,” Sero said. “Bakugo fed Midoriya, and Midoriya fed Bakugo. Midoriya even said—”
“Oh! Kacchan’s cooking is amazing! I missed this so much,” Kaminari mimicked in a cringy, high-pitched voice.
Sero picked up the story. “And then Bakugo laughed and said…”
“‘Okay, nerd, I’ll cook you katsudon for dinner tonight,’” Kaminari chimed in again.
Mina clapped her hands together. “Wow, that sounds so… so domestic.”
Uraraka’s pink cheeks turned even rosier. Iida looked as though he wished the ground would swallow him, but he didn’t move to leave.
“What happened next shocked us both,” Kaminari said, his tone suddenly serious.
“Hey, don’t keep us in suspense! Say it!” Kirishima urged.
“Oh my god, oh my god! Did they… did they kiss?” Mina asked, covering her face dramatically.
“No… they made babies!” Sero exclaimed, dropping the bombshell.
“What?!” The group screamed in unison, their faces horror-stricken.
Kaminari started babbling, “Yeah, they’re parents! They have their own pups, and their pups beat some guy up at elementary school today. The teacher called to complain, and then Midoriya said it was because the dad of the babies was always angry and fighting, so the pups turned out like that. Then Bakugo said it was because Midoriya spoiled them too much. They argued, and Midoriya got angry, and then Bakugo said sorry, and then—”
“Wait, stop, stop! What are you even saying? Babies?” Uraraka’s voice trembled with disbelief.
“They’re not even 18 yet—they’re too young!” Iida yelled, his composure crumbling.
“Bakubro hid such a big thing from me? I thought I was his best friend…” Kirishima said sadly.
“So you’re telling me they have pups? Are you serious?” Mina screamed. Chaos erupted among the group.
“Okay, let’s stay silent for a moment,” Iida commanded, his voice unusually strained. “Tell us the truth. Please tell me this isn’t some kind of sick joke.”
“It’s not a joke,” Kaminari said. “We’re serious. We heard everything. Even without the device, we could see and hear them clearly.”
Sero summarized briefly, “There was a call for Bakugo. After it ended, he told Midoriya their babies got into a fight and that the teacher wanted to meet with them. Midoriya and Bakugo had a little fight—well, more like flirting than fighting—and now they’re going to the meeting.”
Everyone gasped, exchanging wide-eyed looks.
“They’re in high school and have pups who go to elementary school,” Uraraka said, her voice filled with disbelief. “They… did it? Midoriya looks too innocent for all this.” She blushed, covering her face.
“I think it was accidental,” Kirishima said thoughtfully. “They were both newly presented and have so much history together…”
“That might be true,” Mina agreed. “Maybe during their first heat or rut… who can fight against instincts…”
“Dude, that means Bakugo’s sperm must be super potent. Getting a male omega pregnant isn’t easy. He knocked up poor Midoriya the first time!” Kaminari’s comment earned him a sharp bonk on the head from Mina, while Iida and Uraraka looked like their souls had left their bodies.
“We shouldn’t judge them,” Iida said after a pause. “Yes, it’s scandalous and… inappropriate for their age, but we should respect their decision to keep the pups. Maybe they didn’t tell anyone because they feared we would judge them.”
The group fell silent at Iida’s words.
“It must have been really tough for them,” Kirishima said. “They were so young and had to take on such a big responsibility. It must have been difficult for Midoriya, and Bakugo probably drowned himself in guilt.”
“Yeah. Bakubro is someone who keeps blaming himself,” Kirishima continued. “Even if he doesn’t show it, he feels guilty about Midoriya. I’ve seen the way he looks at him sometimes…”
“And they were in middle school,” Uraraka said softly. “How did they even manage everything?”
“Not to mention Bakugo topped the entrance exam, with Midoriya close behind him. They’re always competing—whether it’s in studies or sports. They did so well in the sports festival.......umm....except for how Bakugo acted like a wild beast after winning.” Mina added.
“And they’ve recently started interning for Ex-Police Officer Yagi Toshinori. They’re working at a private investigation agency,” Uraraka added.
“They’re amazing!” Kaminari said.
“Yeah. It’s good that they’re happy and shaping their careers,” Iida agreed.
“Oh… I can’t stop thinking about what the babies look like,” Mina said, her eyes lighting up.
“They must be scary, like Bakugo,” Kaminari guessed.
“Or cute, like Midoriya,” Uraraka said, smiling.
“Isn’t there a way we could see them?” Sero asked.
“I want to see them so badly. Bakugo and Midoriya’s babies—they must be adorable!” Mina said, pretending to pinch cheeks.
“They’re very cute,” a monotone voice said suddenly.
The group jumped and turned, startled. Standing behind them was Shoto, his face as unreadable as ever.
..............
“Todoroki, when did you…?” Iida trailed off.
“I just got here. Were you talking about the pups?” Shoto’s question made everyone tremble. They scrambled to think of something to tell him, but Shoto sighed before they could respond.
“I miss them. Bakugo won’t let me see them.”
They all froze, confusion written on their faces.
“Wait! You know about the babies?” Kirishima exclaimed. “Bakugo told you but didn’t tell me?” He pouted, and Mina patted him sympathetically.
“How do they look?” Mina asked excitedly.
“Squishy…”
“Huh?” Everyone blinked at Shoto’s unexpected answer.
“Their cheeks are very squishy,” Shoto clarified, making a gesture with his hands as if squishing imaginary cheeks. “They were so small. They grew up so fast.”
“You’ve known them since they were small?” Kaminari asked.
“Yes. I used to babysit them sometimes. Actually…” Shoto hesitated. “My Ni-chan once tried to kidnap Bakugo… and he tried to kidnap the babies too.”
A stunned silence fell over the group.
“That was in middle school. I used to visit the childcare center to see them sometimes. Then they started going to kindergarten, and I’d visit them there too. But ever since the Sports Festival, Bakugo hasn’t let me near Midoriya or the babies.”
“Was it because of what happened to Midoriya?” Sero asked cautiously.
“Yeah. I accidentally hurt him, and then he couldn’t play. He ended up in fourth place. Bakugo wanted to face him in the finals, not me. That’s why he acted the way he did that day. Even though he won, he was sad for Midoriya.” Shoto’s face dropped, his calm expression clouded by regret.
“Do you know which school the pups go to?” Kaminari asked, his voice filled with curiosity. “We could go there and see them.”
"No. They started school last month. But I don't know which school." Shoto said running his fingers through his hair.
Mina’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Guys, I have an idea! Bakubabe won’t let us near his pups—he’s such an overprotective alpha. But Midoriya is a total sweetheart. Let’s just ask him directly!”
Shoto nodded. “If we persuade him, he won’t be able to say no.”
The group waited for the perfect moment to find Izuku alone, which was almost impossible. But Mina, quick to act, dragged Izuku away, claiming it was an omega-related matter. Katsuki tried to stop her, but Kirishima intervened, pulling him aside with an excuse about learning high-jump techniques.
When Mina brought Izuku into an empty room, he hadn’t expected to see Shoto, Iida, and Uraraka waiting there too. Seeing the group of alphas and betas made him realize this wasn’t about omega things at all.
“Guys, what is this all about?” Izuku broke the silence, his voice tinged with nervousness.
“Well… um… we know your secret… about the babies,” Uraraka said in such a low voice that it was hard to hear.
Izuku looked a little surprised, his eyes flicking to Shoto, who nodded.
Iida stepped in. “Please don’t get us wrong. We’re very happy for you and Bakugo. Taking care of the pups must be tough, right?”
Izuku smiled sheepishly, starting to mumble as he often did when he was nervous. “Yeah, babies… I remember… it was after Kacchan’s first rut… then he got into a fight because of me…........he apologised....... he was good to me........and then… and then Kacchan also joined… and then I went into heat… then…”
Those were the only clear words the group could understand through his mumbling. Uraraka, Mina, and Iida were blushing furiously, their faces bright red.
“It’s okay, Midoriya! You don’t have to explain… it… to us,” Iida said quickly, patting him on the shoulder with a sympathetic smile.
Izuku, puzzled by their reactions, glanced at the red-faced Mina and Uraraka, then at Shoto, who looked just as confused as he was.
“Midoriya! Can we see your pups?” Uraraka asked suddenly, her voice filled with hope.
“Please, please, please, please!” Mina jumped up and down.
“Let me see the pups. I miss them. If you ask Bakugo, I’m sure he’ll let me see them,” Shoto added, taking Izuku’s hands earnestly.
Izuku looked to Iida, who smiled and said, “I’d like to meet them too.”
“Okay,” Izuku finally agreed, though he wasn’t entirely sure how Kacchan would react to this.
...........
Katsuki looked ferocious. His jaw was clenched tight, his teeth gritting audibly, and his crimson eyes burned with a murderous intensity. He looked like he was ready to tear into anyone who dared step too close.
“Kacchan... please calm down,” Izuku said softly, stepping closer to him. He gently rubbed his wrist scent gland against Katsuki’s, trying to soothe the storm brewing inside him.
Katsuki’s fiery gaze flicked down to Izuku, his expression unchanging at first. But as Izuku smiled up at him, Katsuki rolled his eyes and let out an exaggerated huff.
The group walking behind them came to a halt. Most of their friends exchanged nervous glances, clearly hesitant to come any closer. Even Ochako and Kirishima, who were usually unfazed by Katsuki’s temper, seemed cautious. Only Iida and Shoto remained calm, their faces expressionless.
Katsuki growled low in his throat, the sound reverberating like an approaching storm.
“Kacchan... they’re our friends,” Izuku reminded him, placing a hand on Katsuki’s arm as if anchoring him.
Katsuki stopped abruptly, his body coiled like a predator ready to pounce. “Why the fuck are they following us?” he snarled, his voice low and dangerous.
Izuku sighed, stepping in front of him to block his line of sight. “Because they want to see our pups,” he said calmly.
Katsuki’s head whipped around, his fiery gaze locking onto Shoto. “And who the fuck told these idiots about them?”
Shoto blinked, his face unreadable. Before he could respond, Izuku quickly intervened. “They found out themselves,” he said, trying to defuse the situation.
“Fuck off! They’re not going anywhere near—” Katsuki’s words were cut off as he surged forward, as if to attack.
Izuku moved swiftly, catching him before he could take another step. It was almost like a hug, his arms wrapping around Katsuki in an embrace that was more restraint than affection.
“Enough, Kacchan! You’re overreacting,” Izuku said firmly, though his tone remained gentle.
For a moment, it seemed like Katsuki might fight back, his muscles taut and his anger unrelenting. Then, with a sharp “Tch,” he stilled.
Without a word, Katsuki turned on his heel, grabbing Izuku’s hand and tugging him forward. His pace was brisk, but the explosive energy that had surrounded him just moments ago had dissipated, leaving only a lingering tension.
The group exchanged relieved glances behind them before cautiously following at a safe distance.
"No need to feel embarrassed, Bakubro… we don’t judge you," Kirishima said with a wide grin, trying to lighten the tension.
Katsuki shot him a glare that could have leveled a building. How could he not feel embarrassed? His tough, cool-guy image was shattered now. These losers—his losers—knew that he had been changing diapers and cleaning up after a couple of brats. His brats.
“Are you really embarrassed about our pups, Kacchan?” Izuku asked, his voice soft and full of concern. He looked up at Katsuki with wide, sad eyes and an unmistakable pout that made Katsuki’s heart twist uncomfortably.
“No!” Katsuki barked, maybe a bit too loudly. The sharpness of his tone made Izuku flinch slightly, so he exhaled and softened his voice. “No,” he repeated, more earnestly this time.
And it was true. Yeah, he was a little embarrassed. It wasn’t easy for an alpha like him to show vulnerability in front of others, to admit that he had swapped battle-hardened gloves for baby wipes and burp cloths. But he loved their pups. Loved them more than he thought he could ever love anyone or anything.
Still, his instincts as an alpha made him bristle. This wasn’t about embarrassment, not entirely. It was about being protective—too protective, maybe. The idea of anyone, even their closest friends, being too close to his family made his skin crawl.
Katsuki grunted, running a hand through his spiky blonde hair. “Tch. Just don’t do anything stupid, got it?” he muttered, glancing over his shoulder at the group.
Kirishima snickered but gave him a thumbs-up. “Got it, man. We’re just here to support you.”
Izuku leaned against Katsuki’s arm, his earlier sadness melting into a soft smile. “Thank you, Kacchan.”
Katsuki grumbled under his breath, but a faint blush crept up his neck. He couldn’t stay mad—not when Izuku smiled at him like that.
.............
They reached the school gates, where the teacher was already waiting outside, her hands folded neatly in front of her. Izuku stepped forward, his polite smile lighting up his face.
“Good evening, sensei. Thank you for waiting for us.”
The teacher nodded, though her expression was slightly confused as her eyes darted to the group behind them. All the students had gone home; the school grounds were eerily quiet except for the occasional rustling of leaves.
“They are inside,” the teacher said, her gaze lingering on the unusual entourage of high schoolers. “Um, if I may ask, who are they?”
Izuku turned to glance at his friends, who were trying their best to appear casual. “Oh, they’re our friends,” he explained with a quick, reassuring smile.
The others chorused polite greetings, bowing slightly, and the teacher seemed satisfied enough to gesture toward the entrance. “Please, come inside.”
Katsuki crossed his arms, his sharp gaze fixed on the door. “No need. Let’s talk here. That office is tiny. Shove all of us in there, and we’ll suffocate.”
Izuku elbowed him sharply, sending him a subtle warning look. Katsuki huffed but didn’t budge.
The teacher, visibly hesitant but composed, said, “Alright, if you prefer.”
She cleared her throat before continuing, her tone professional. “Now, I must say that Mahoro and Kota are generally very well-behaved children. But today, they acted out. It’s not a major issue—the boy they hit wasn’t injured—but any form of indiscipline is unacceptable.”
Before Izuku could respond, Katsuki’s voice cut through, sharp and defensive. “First, I’d like to know why my pups hit that brat in the first place.”
The teacher blinked, startled by his bluntness. She straightened, her tone now tinged with polite firmness. “Bakugo-san, I would appreciate it if you didn’t use such language here. We’re in a school, after all.”
Katsuki’s eyes narrowed, but he didn’t back down. “You don’t know the full story, do you?”
“Kacchan, please,” Izuku interjected, his voice calm but edged with concern. He placed a hand on Katsuki’s arm, trying to ease the tension.
But Katsuki wasn’t done. “My pups are well-behaved. They wouldn’t start something without a damn good reason. So, what did that brat do to deserve it?”
The teacher was momentarily speechless, her professional demeanor faltering under Katsuki’s intense glare.
Sensing the shift in atmosphere, Izuku stepped forward, his tone soft but insistent. “Sensei, I think it would be best if we heard directly from Mahoro and Kota. Could you call them, please?”
The teacher hesitated, but then nodded. “Of course. Please wait here.”
She soon returned with Mahoro, Katsuma, Eri, and Kota trailing behind her. The four children looked visibly distressed, their heads bowed, their small hands fidgeting nervously. Mahoro and Katsuma clung to each other, while Eri held tightly onto Kota’s arm.
As soon as they saw Izuku, Mahoro and Katsuma ran toward him, burying their faces in his chest and bursting into tears.
Izuku’s concern deepened as he hugged them both, his heart aching at their distress. “Why are they crying?” he snapped at the teacher, his tone uncharacteristically sharp. “What really happened?”
The teacher hesitated, her mouth opening and closing as if searching for the right words. But before she could speak, Katsuki stepped forward, his hand resting gently on Kota’s head.
“Kota,” he said, his tone softer than usual but firm. “Tell me exactly what happened.”
Kota hesitated, his eyes darting nervously between Katsuki and the teacher, but the reassuring pat on his head gave him the courage to speak.
“It started a while ago,” Kota began, his voice trembling. “There’s this boy, Daiki. He’s been bullying Katsuma for weeks… because Katsuma likes playing with Eri and Mahoro.”
Katsuki’s jaw tightened, his fiery red eyes flashing dangerously. “And what did that little shit say?”
Kota continued, his voice gaining strength. “Daiki kept saying Katsuma wasn’t a ‘real boy’ because he likes playing with girls. And he… he also did bad things to Eri.”
“What do you mean, bad things?” Izuku asked gently.
“He keeps pulling her hair,” Kota said, his fists clenching at his sides. “And when Eri told the teacher, she didn’t do anything. She just said to let it go and forgive him.”
Izuku’s gaze snapped back to the teacher, disbelief and anger flickering in his eyes.
“Today, Daiki tried to stick chewing gum in Eri’s hair. Katsuma tried to stop him. But Daiki pushed him to the ground. So… so Mahoro and I beat him up.”
Katsuki straightened, his voice like steel. “And when the teacher showed up?”
Kota hesitated, glancing at the teacher before speaking. “She didn’t listen to us. She just made us say sorry to Daiki.”
There was a tense silence, broken only by the soft sniffles of the children. Izuku felt a sharp pang of anger rise in his chest as he pulled Mahoro and Katsuma closer, his protective instincts flaring.
Katsuki was furious, but Izuku was even more angry. He snapped at the teacher for being so irresponsible. "First you did nothing about the bullying, then you punished my pups for fighting back. You kept them here even after school hours! They must be so hungry!"
The commotion brought the principal outside. Izuku’s anger boiled over, and he started yelling about everything that happened. Katsuki had to intervene and calm him down. All their friends were frightened—they had never seen Izuku like this. He looked scarier than Katsuki, completely different from the sweet, smiling omega they knew.
Izuku finally calmed down only when the principal apologized and promised to take action.
Katsuki patted the pups. "He is scary, right?" he chuckled, looking at them. The pups giggled.
"Prince!" Mahoro finally noticed Shoto and ran toward him. "Oi, careful!" Katsuki warned as Eri also ran to Shoto.
"Prince, my prince!" Mahoro and Eri hugged Shoto, and Shoto hugged them back.
"Who are these morons?" Kota asked.
"Our classmates," Katsuki scoffed.
The group looked confused. They thought Bakugo and Midoriya had two pups, but now there were four, and they looked nothing like their parents. What was going on?
"Hey, Bakubro... so these are your pups, right?" Kirishima asked, looking at Kota and trying to pat him. Kota looked at him and ignored him, walking to where Katsuma was hugging Izuku.
"Izu-ni-chan! Are you feeling alright?" Kota asked.
"Yes."
"Ni-chan?" everyone asked. Bakugo and Shoto looked confused.
"Yeah? Ni-chan, so what?" Katsuki asked. They all looked at Kaminari and Sero angrily.
"Bakubro, tell me honestly... whose pups are they? How are they connected to you and Midoriya?" Kirishima asked.
"They are brats from the babysitting club we volunteered at during middle school. I almost ended up being arrested. Then they put me on therapy as a punishment. The club was a part of it. They're close to us even after we left the club," Katsuki explained.
Understanding finally crossed their faces. They all turned to Sero and Kaminari.
"Wait, guys..." they said, as Kirishima and Ida tried to grab them. They grabbed the two, and Mina started asking, "You fools... what did you hear? What were you telling us?"
"What the frog is going on?" Katsuki screamed.
"Frog?" Kaminari asked, confused.
"Oh! I get it, I get it," Mina said. "It's that word... you know... the word... he can't say it because of the pups..."
"Stop it at once. What are you talking about?" Katsuki interrupted Mina.
Ida stepped in to explain. "So... Kaminari and Sero spied on you and Midoriya and heard you two talking about babies, so they thought that..." Ida started confidently, but trailed off. "... they thought they were your actual babies."
"What?" Katsuki screeched.
"Um... we thought you got Midoriya pregnant during middle school," Kirishima laughed.
Katsuki went pale. He looked back to see if Izuku had heard, but he was busy with the pups and Shoto.
"Lol... we almost had a heart attack thinking about that. Oh yeah, Kaminari also said that your sperm must have some superpower that you got..." Kirishima went silent after seeing the look on Katsuki's face. No, it wasn’t Katsuki’s face—it was the face of a monster.
.........
Screams echoed, and Izuku looked at where Katsuki had been, but Ida quickly covered his view. "You should not watch this, pups," he said, trying to block their sight.
"Hey, what's going on?" Izuku asked, struggling to look past them, but Uraraka and Ida wouldn't let him.
"Katsu-ni-chan is beating up the blond guy, the red-haired guy, and the black-haired guy..." Katsuma said innocently.
"Did they do something bad?" Eri asked.
"Umm... kind of..." Uraraka answered awkwardly.
"Are they bad people?" Eri asked again, her voice full of concern.
"No, they aren't..." Mina reassured them as she approached.
"Why are they being beaten?" Katsuma asked, genuinely confused.
"Aww, baby... they're getting punished for being absolute idiots," Mina said, pinching his nose lightly.
Ida chuckled. "Actually, we all acted like idiots."
They all laughed, leaving the pups, Izuku, and Shoto looking even more confused.
Finally, Katsuki arrived and looked at the group. "Move," he said, and Ida, Uraraka, Mina, and Shoto quickly stepped aside. Katsuki then inspected Izuku, his eyes narrowing. "You alright?"
Izuku nodded. "It's alright, Kacchan. I just... it reminded me of..." he trailed off, his voice soft. There was a moment of silence.
"Sorry," Katsuki muttered in a low voice, eyes closed.
Izuku palmed his cheeks, his smile gentle. "It's okay, Kacchan. Please don't feel guilty again. We’ve been over this, right?"
Katsuki slowly opened his eyes and met Izuku’s gaze, his heart skipping a beat at the sight of his beautiful eyes and smile. He suddenly blushed, remembering the ridiculous assumption that he had gotten Izuku pregnant.
"Prince, Prince, we’re hungry..." Mahoro tugged on Shoto’s sleeve.
"Yeah, yeah..." the other pups chimed in unison.
"I’m also craving cold soba," Shoto added.
"We also want to go!" Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero came over, surprisingly unharmed after the earlier chaos.
"They’re still alive!" Kota said, amazed.
"Yeah, we’ve become immune to your dad’s... I mean, your ni-chan’s beating," Sero grinned.
"Actually, Bakubro didn’t beat us that bad," Kirishima chuckled.
"Oh, Kacchan! Isn’t there a good soba place near Riku’s mama’s clinic? I haven't seen baby Riku after he started Kindergarten" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, but it's kind of small. If all these losers are coming with us," Katsuki replied, giving the group a look.
"You, you're actually taking us too?" Kaminari asked, his face lighting up.
"Yeah, yeah, hurry up. We also need to drop the pups off at their home. I promised their parents I would," Katsuki said, turning to lead the way. With that, they all made their way to the soba place.
The sun set, casting a warm golden hue over Izuku and Katsuki’s smiling faces. Their friends kept talking about how cute the pups were, but Katsuki couldn’t shake what that damn Shitty-hair had said earlier.
"You got Izuku pregnant during middle school"
It echoed in his mind, and Katsuki couldn’t help but flush. Why did that sound so much like the fantasies he’d had during his rut?
Katsuki’s cheeks turned pink at the thought.
"Kacchan?" Izuku’s gentle voice broke through his thoughts as he lightly shook him.
"Yeah, Izuku," Katsuki muttered, shaking himself out of his reverie and refocusing on Izuku. Whatever... He wasn’t going to dwell on it. Not now. This moment, with Izuku and their pups, was far too precious to let anything else cloud it.
