CRASH!
Jason bared his teeth in a lackluster impression of a real alpha’s snarl. Their situation was hopeless and he couldn’t help but curse whatever deity had decided that today would be the day to destroy his pathetic life even more than it already was.
The looming shadow of an alpha much larger than himself came closer, hands raised as if he thought Jason was stupid enough to believe that he was coming in peace. He’d heard enough living on the streets, to know that an adult alpha only ever wanted one thing from an omega, no matter how small. And Jason was so much smaller than his opponent, hell, he was practically still a pub himself.
But he had to try—there was no winning but he couldn’t lose. The cowering omega behind him depended on him, on winning this fight. And Jason was many things, but first and foremost, he was a protector—at least he tried to be.
And to think the day had started out so well…
or: one pup adopts another and in the end, they all get adopted by Batman

You can't just say things and then take them back or act like you haven't said anything! It just doesn't work that way. Words can cut deeper than knives and can leave permanent scars on one's soul. And maybe that's it; maybe Tony has finally had enough.

Can time actually heal all wounds? It might; if the right step is taken. Some scars will probably be left, but one can live with scars; it's an open wound that kills or in this case, breaks people apart.

When Tim was eighteen years old, he decided to retire to a farm in rural Pennsylvania.
He had been a successful CEO for two years, a successful (if not particularly well known) super hero for longer, and an unsuccessful part of the Wayne family for a shining six months. But, things were hard and were only getting harder. He realized that if something didn't change, he was going to die sooner rather than later.
So, he left Gotham and he hoped that nobody would come looking for him. But, for some people, Tim isn't as easy to forget as he might have hoped.

Tim Drake disappears without warning, and the bats blame the Red Hood. Jason doesn't know who took Tim or where he went, but he knows that finding out before the bats will be the sweetest revenge. What he finds only begs more questions, each one more uncomfortable than the last.
