Summary
Once upon a time, my babe, Titans_R_Us asked me to write a little bit about a 'what-if' au from Tumblr. The chapters are pretty much what-if the Batfam found little Tim Drake early. I wrote the first chapter and thought that would be the end of that, but Anons sent me asks for more, so I eventually did the others too. I'm finally moving them all here in once place for someone that wanted them together, so I hope you enjoy!

No one said it was a good idea to leave an eight year old home alone, unsupervised.
It’s not Tim Drake’s fault he found a weird, sometimes-glowing bracelet! Or that said bracelet seems to have caused him to get weird dreams. Or weird sensations that lead him to vigilantes. Or hearing voices. Honestly, as far as he’s aware, all of these facts are completely unrelated. Correlation does not equal causation, right?
He just wanted to play Architect. Like his parents.

“I’m going to ask you a question and I need you to tell the truth for me. Is that okay?” Nightwing asked softly.
Tim nodded.
“Have you heard of Alvin Draper before?”
Before he could stop himself Tim was taking in a sharp breath that sounded almost pained.
One of his men must have talked, he supposed that’s what you got when you hire anyone who’s interested, but it still hurt. Maybe he should create proper profiles on all of them once this is done so he can deduce who’s trustworthy and who isn’t.
“No,” Tim said, although he was aware how obviously it was a lie.
Or: Tim accidentally becomes a crime lord.
