Summary
The Hero Public Safety Commission Hero Law 5 states that at any time the hero feels like their life is in danger while in the field and evidence supports their claim, the hero can retreat from the battle or the mission without consequence.
HPSC Hero Law Section 1a: If the hero has a heroic partner and the partner suddenly attacks them out on the field with no valid reason (Ex. Under quirk control. Planned distraction. Undercover mission) then the hero can leave their partner alone in the field.
Note: In case of this happening, the HPSC will investigate both heroes, the case, and if the attacker had no valid reason will result in their hero license getting revoked immediately and never having a chance to be a hero again.Series

He shook his head. ‘Did B really not say anything? I’m hurt. No, I’m not his friend. I’m his son.’
