Summary
“Fuck,” Dokja vocalized. He was half-naked in Yoo Joonghyuk’s bed. He was in Yoo Joonghyuk’s apartment. His ex-best friend, ex-boyfriend, ex-life partner, Yoo Joonghyuk.
Two years after Kim Dokja left Yoo Joonghyuk, their lives intertwined again. Their initial conclusion was incomplete—a tragic ending after years of unresolved conflict. But during a summer filled with family adventures, stilted conversations, and longing glances, empty pages still awaited the story hidden between a billion words left unsaid.

Summary
5 times Joonghyuk caught Dokja on his phone, and 1 time he did something about it.
--
“Next time I catch you on that useless phone, I’m breaking it.” Joonghyuk murmured, without looking up.
He felt Kim Dokja tense under him.
“You won’t.” the other said quietly, in an uncharacteristically serious way, and Joonghyuk’s eyes flicked towards his face sharply.
Kim Dokja’s mouth was set in a grim line, his brows low over his glinting eyes. He had the same expression on his face he usually had before he was about to do something stupid. Joonghyuk’s hand pressed down more firmly on his abdomen, just shy of his wound, watching as Dokja winced.
Quietly, he leaned in, never taking his eyes off the other. “Won’t I?”

Summary
“Oh, shut up!”
“You shut up first.”
“I will not shut up first, you piece of shi—”
“Keep talking.” The protagonist huffs, and he looks entirely too smug. “You’ll run out of air eventually. Bumblebees have tiny lungs.”
Kim Dokja makes an incoherent noise somewhere between outrage and a strangled laugh. His hand moves before his brain can catch up.
He doesn’t think.
That’s the problem.
Or perhaps that’s always been the problem.
OR
Kim Dokja is a victim of his own morbid thoughts. He wants to cook something nice for his companion, while Yoo Joonghyuk just wants to teach him something new.
Nothing goes according to plan.

Summary
Kim Dokja slaps his hands over Yoo Joonghyuk’s mouth without really thinking.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he says frantically.
He feels Yoo Joonghyuk’s lips curve into a frown under his palm, ticklish and hot against that sensitive skin. He ekes out an odd sound and jerks back, yelping again when the back of his head collides with the wall.
Yoo Joonghyuk’s expression turns more bewildered than reprimanding. “What is with you?”
The Fourth Wall comes down. Kim Dokja realizes he’s been relying on it more than he thought.

Summary
Dokja’s temper flared in response despite the exhaustion weighing on his body.
“Why not?”
He snapped.
“You are capable enough, are you not? Do not act like you need me.”Joonghyuk’s expression darkened.
“I am asking why you are dying.”
He hissed, his voice suddenly edged with frustration.
“What is the cause? What is the reason?”His eyes narrowed slightly.
“Why did you give up?”A disease born from unspoken love begins to unravel between two people who have always understood each other more than they dared admit.
