Percy sat in the crumbling mess of Cabin 3.He’s been doing that a lot lately, to avoid his friends. They aren’t really his friends though, they just look like his friends, but even that seems wrong.
They have a sickly tinge of green to their skin, they eyes are glassy, their clothes are crumbling and their hair has bugs in it.
He felt a tear run down his face. Funny, that was, really. Percy thought he ran out of tears to cry.
