Summary
Geralt sleeps deeply and peacefully, a treat that is becoming more often since their retirement to the vineyard. It’s good that he’s sleeping, Jaskier tells himself. Rest never comes easy for a witcher, but somehow, Geralt has found it in this little corner of the world, where the days are gentle and the nights are mild.
It’s good, the sight of Geralt sleeping.
And yet, Jaskier is afraid.
He’s afraid to watch Geralt sleep these days.

Summary
Jaskier watches him, studies him. He waits— and, then, he turns away. Back through the crowd, back to Geralt.
But Geralt sees the way Jaskier’s steps slow, the thought behind each movement.
He’s still waiting for Geralt; and Geralt follows Jaskier’s lead, the way he always has when it comes to the things that matter. Geralt chose their path and travels, but Jaskier led their friendship and intimacy. He presented the way, the options.
The last time Geralt rejected his advice, he ended up walking down a damned mountain alone.

Summary
So yes, a bit of a break is what Geralt is enjoying right now. Between one village and the next, Dandelion and Geralt found a small hut at the edge of a shallow lake. Too shallow to be inviting to drowners, but really, they could thrive in a puddle. They decide to stay for a day or two. Just to take a breather.
Or; Geralt and Dandelion takes two days just to them selves, flirt, and spoil Roach rotten.

Summary
"You're such a sweetheart," Jaskier said without thinking. Apparently his brain still hadn't caught up.
"Hn."
Jaskier wasn't sure but there seemed to be the lightest, barely visible, dusting of pink on Geralt's cheeks.
Wanting to test his theory, Jaskier intentionally continued, "An absolute dear. This is really kind of you, Geralt. Thank you so much, darling."
Yes. It was a blush indeed. One that had gotten slightly deeper.

Summary
Jaskier scrunches up his forehead and squeezes his eyes tighter shut.
No, he is not ready to let go of this dream. He burrows closer to that warmth, breathing in the soft smell of sleep and clean sheets. He lets out a sigh when his cold nose connects with something soft and warm, reaching his arms out to sooth that longing. Tricking his body or something, giving the lingering dream something to work with.
But it isn’t a soft pillow, he realises. His hands find something big, solid, hot. He frowns again but lets his hands keep exploring. That feels… that feels like a chest?

Summary
Geralt stalks into their room and promptly stops in his tracks.
Jaskier is in the circular, wooden tub that was brought up to their rooms earlier, cleaning off his chest with a soapy rag. He looks… beautiful. His skin practically glows in the sunlight filtering through the partially-closed curtains. Geralt can smell the lavender soap wafting off the water and blanketing the room in comfort. Usually Geralt finds scents like those overpowering, but he’s never disliked the way Jaskier smells.
or, Geralt washes Jaskier's hair.

Summary
“I’m in love," Geralt said in a slurred, mad rush, the words blending into one another. If there was a crack in Jaskier’s chest before, now it was a cavern: a deep, treacherous gap that spanned miles, uncaring and empty, ready to accept a willingly flung body.
Geralt comes home drunk and melancholy after a night out with his brothers. Jaskier asks what’s wrong - and immediately regrets it when Geralt confesses that his mood has been brought about by his unrequited love for a friend.

Summary
Jaskier is a singer, so it’s only right that he’s given a name for a bird. But Geralt, who’s spent nearly fifteen years at Jaskier’s side, has never been fully convinced that his friends and accolades have chosen the right bird.
People keep calling Jaskier “Lark”. It’s an odd nickname - one that Geralt doesn’t understand... But he wants to. Of course, it’s only after he tries out the name himself that he realises what it really means - and what Jaskier's now expecting of him.

Summary
Jaskier likes to think of himself as Geralt’s lover, but he’s sure if Geralt knew that he’d growl in disapproval, tell him to stop being deluded. What is he, really, if just a placeholder, for someone more suitable?
Jaskier, he is just the bumbling bard who got lucky, and the songs they’ll sing of the White Wolf won’t include his bit part in this story.

Summary
Jaskier strides into the living room, his favourite blanket balled in his arms. He stands directly between Geralt and the TV, which is currently showing a documentary about… something. Jaskier doesn’t stop to check what.
“Come on,” he says, trying to sound authoritative. “Get your shoes on. Time to go outside.”
Jaskier convinces Geralt to go stargazing with him. Geralt reluctantly agrees - even though the tradition holds some painful memories. As he stares up at the dark night sky, he realises something about himself - and Jaskier. Previously posted in a group of oneshots.

Summary
It wasn’t even the worst of Jaskier’s habits, but. It was the one that Geralt could perhaps do something about.
(Of course, he’d noticed Jaskier’s lingering attention, his fluttering pulse when Geralt stood near. He’d noticed the heated glances he shot Geralt when he thought he wasn’t watching, and his nervous restlessness when they were forced to share an inn bed.)
If Jaskier simply needed a warm body to vent his frustrations upon, well. It might as well be Geralt’s.

It turned out that being a whore wasn’t any worse than being a Witcher. Customers were more of an annoyance than anything, and the few who managed to make him grit his teeth were charged extra.
The trouble started, of course, when Jaskier strolled into the brothel. -

Summary
It’s hard to tell what Jaskier's thinking, his back still turned towards Geralt, but if anything his shoulders relax more, and then he brings his hand down and begins to trace his fingers lightly over the back of the doppler’s in little circles. Geralt can only watch, transfixed by the way the bard’s fingers dance over the top of his hand. No – he reminds himself – not his hand. The doppler’s hand. Which just happens to look a lot like his hand.
A routine hunt takes longer than anticipated, and Geralt returns to find Jaskier sharing a table with a face-stealing monster. He needs to get the bard away from the doppler, but Jaskier appears to have very different intentions for the person he thinks is Geralt of Rivia. Updated to include a chapter from the Doppler's POV!
